#50: Behind Every Laugh!

Quick Question:

Why do you think people pay huge money in booking seats for comedy shows?
The answer is simple. It is one way to relieve oneself from stress. LAUGH!

Do you know in some therapy sessions, the therapist recommends his/her client to laugh for it's a way to be relieved?

I laughed when I heard that, because laughing has been my thing right from childhood but coming to hear that it's a medicine for relief (sigh); I came to finalize in my thought that some people don't laugh based on this therapist's prescription.

Why be too serious?
Why not relieve yourself and laugh for once?

Life on its own is full of problems so don't add another problem to yourself by frowning or acting too serious.
Frowning probably makes one look older than its age, makes one not approachable resulting in missing opportunities from so-called destiny helpers. If you don't believe in destiny helpers, I DO 100%.

What next?
Take time to laugh, smile, be happy, stay excited. You'll get younger and younger and you'll reduce some of the sicknesses you don't know you possibly have out of hardening your emotions (permit me to say).

One may ask, how can I get this done? It's easy, stay around cliques with healthy conversation, who crack jokes and stay excited. You'll have a social balance.

Watch some comedy videos online that could help in making you laugh.

Also, if you can afford, you can go to comedy shows. Meet good friends and hear live jokes on stage lol. Honestly you'll be happy with yourself.

Things like these are often done in the weekend but it's not constrain only for weekends, you can choose a convenient day for yourself.
