What do kids expect from their parents???

All I want is a mother to love me.
All I want is a father to take good care of me.

I don't really want so much food, yeah, food is delicious,it makes me healthy and strong.

I don't really want so many toys, I can play with them all day long.

I don't want so many clothes,they cover me up from the cold.

I don't want so much money, not all that glitters is gold.

All I just want is a happy family.
A mom who is gold and warms me from the cold.
A father who teaches me to be strong and encourages me all day long.
Siblings who make me smile a little brighter and laugh a little louder.
All I want is a happy family.

But alas, my family isn't a happy one,mother nags ,father beats mother at the slightest provocation, ohhh,the stench of his excessive drinking.
What do I and my siblings do? We cry, we hide in the corner and cry all day.
Someday I'll be a father, I'll be a parent and I will give my children all the love, encouragement,care and kindness they need and more.
I will ensure with all my strength that they are happy and strong.
I hope to marry an understanding woman who will play her part in ensuring my kids' wellbeing.

What do kids expect from their parents???

Children are blessings from God, and to whom much is given,much is expected; the arrival of a child in a family brings in a lot of emotions and of course responsibility. These responsibilities start from conception and it even goes beyond adulthood.

Children need to be taken care of, loved, fed properly and taught good morals.
As a child grows up, he or she will have so many expectations of their parents, children look up to their parents for care, love, kindness, provision, protection and most importantly the attention of their parents.

Unfortunately, in today's world, everything is taken lightly and parents are slacking. Most of the time , kids don't know their parents anymore, just the nanny or babysitter. Some children are abused by pedophiles because their parents are so busy with work, there's no relationship. How about parents who fight,nag and beat up each other, a picture of violence is slowly captured in their little minds, so tragic.

Parents owe their kids a lot, it's not just about the countless orgasms,the fusion of the sperm and egg,the birth of a child, it's about being responsible enough to be able to make that child grow right. Definitely,no one is perfect, you don't have to be so rich or poor to be a good parent , just be willing to be a good parent, give your children attention,love them unconditionally, there's room for learning and adjustment,a child definitely has expectations from his or her parents, yes they look up to their parents a lot.

I know my kids are gonna look up to me someday. I'll choose to be a responsible parent, I can't fail my kids, they're definitely gonna be part of my priorities.
