wow, all you had to go through with that trip. But good thing there was a hotel available at that time. I can imagine how tired and stressed you were.
I would love to travel alone and then tell the anecdotes of the trip.

I think you should, traveling is fun especially if you're new to the place, you just have fun and feel the environment.
