Alishan Milktea: First Ever Cebu Branch!🧋
What's up milktea lovers?
As an avid fan of bubble tea, I along with my friends have discovered a new tea bar! This milk tea shoppe just opened sometime mid July and after how many days of delaying my friends and I finally were able to visit the place. 🧋
Alishan is a Taiwan "brand" and has already branches in Manila, Philippines. They are currently expanding what with the demand of bubble teas as more and more Filipinos love this drink.
I ordered their best seller which is the Brown Sugar Bubble Tea in Large size. The crew asked if I wanted mild or strong for the tea base, so I chose strong. They do not have "sugar level" option though - I think because it's the brown sugar series so it rules out the sugar choice I reckon. I ordered an Oreo add-on and my total bill was 170 PHP (approx. 3 USD)
The tea I got tastes good. Although it was sweeter than my go-to or preference, but it was good to try new things. I love their bobba since it was cooked so well - not soggy, not too hard, it was just the right chewable "texture".
The ambiance of the shoppe was Instagrammable so you bet we took good photos haha. My friends and I were like high school students who are naive of new places LOL.
I would love to try their fruit teas and non-brown sugar milk teas soon! I'd definitely recommend this place to bobba lovers out there. 🤍
