beach(sea) therapy // snaps by the shore🌊

it was a therapeutic experience last weekend.

aah, the beach. the sound of the crisp waves, the taste of the salty sea breeze, the smell of the ocean - how can one not go home not re-energized?

i am deeply grateful that i got to spend the weekend by the beach. I sat by the shore for hours and watched the sun set. you know how they say that there is an art in doing nothing? well that was what I found out and I found it relaxing.🧘‍♀️ just staring at the infinite ocean and listening to the sounds of nature all around me - I was grounded and felt immensely grateful for the miracle of my life🍃

to witness creation - the world around me - move and how the clouds rolled in and out whilst I sat still. I cannot properly describe how I felt but I will try. Maybe this word: transcendence.✨
