I hope you don't sit like that by the PC, I think that will do even more damage. Possibly you also sit too straight in the chair which is why your back hurt, you need to slouch a bit and since that is a standing desk you can nicely offset all the lazy sitting with standing. I personally don't have any seating at work so for 9 hours a day I am always walking or standing by my PC which actually hurts my knees if not careful due to lazy standing but all in all when I get home I have a old school hard as hell office chair and nothing is more comfy when actively working combined with placing my feet on something higher so my thighs are straight and not angled down or too far up.. Now I think of it , it is like a reclining toilet, I guess a horizontal semi squat lol. Speaking of that is probably what you need to do also is decompress your spine a bit by doing some long sitting squats. Anyway enjoy living in your bed :P
My man how are you? Crafting the dip aren't ya? Bro I used to sit on the bed like that a couple of years ago, not anymore so really gratefull for the piece of advice. I try to mix it so sometimes I'm sit and others walking around. If I don't end up buying the chair I prolly will get a car seat my gf is offering and will do some arrange so it can work properly as a chair for my PC. Good to see you around bro.
Sounds good, you should make a cool diy chair with that seat, a nice little weekend project :P I have not really been crafting mostly just chilling and watching , protecting my loot I have so far but soon , I can't wait for infinity :)

Jajajaj lo sabía mi hermano, cuando hiciste el podcast del morro, dije eso parece puerto la cruz jajajaj, pero definitivamente luego me engañe a mi mismo y dije no vale parece el morro de Puerto Santo jajajajajaj, buenísimo estamos cerca soy de Cumaná, viví en Samoa y en Barcelona hasta el año 2002, luego me vine a este rinconcito de Venezuela.
Que chiquito es el mundo, yo tengo unos panas que vivían en Samoa, ahora estás por los sucre correcto? Igual hay que organizar un meet up para encontrarnos los orientales que son varios.
Mi hermano aquí hay unos cuantos, el mundo es pequeñito, además estudie en la unidad educativa integral Venezuela y otro que se llamaba pio doce, esa escuela quedaba por colinas del neveri, de verdad que Hive cada día me sorprende @jonsnow1983 y tu eres el Man buena vibra de acá de la plataforma jajajaja, si algún día se diese ese encuentro invitenme para tomarnos unas cervezas en el bar de Moes
