¿Qué tal, Hivers y compañeros de SWC? Espero se encuentren muy bien. Por acá nuevamente les comparto un nuevo post. Esta tarde me sorprendió ver tantas personas en las calles, ya que la situación ha estado un poco misteriosa por las noticias. Yo tomé mi riesgo y salí a las barras a realizar mi EMOM de dominadas; duré aproximadamente 30 minutos en las barras.

How's it going, Hivers and SWC colleagues? I hope you're all doing well. Here I am again with a new post. This afternoon, I was surprised to see so many people out on the streets, as the situation has been a bit mysterious due to the news. I took a chance and went out to the bars to do my EMOM pull-ups; I spent about 30 minutes on the bars.

Al llegar, estuve conversando con un amigo que hace tiempo que no lo veía; luego de hablar, empecé a realizar mi estiramiento y calentamiento. Realice igual que la noche de ayer un total de 10 minutos, pero de 5 repeticiones de dominadas; en total realice 50 dominadas. Los últimos 3 minutos me costó mucho. Como les comenté, este mes de enero lo tomaré para reactivar mi cuerpo y retomar los ejercicios y movimientos que realizaba.

When I arrived, I talked to a friend I hadn't seen in a while; after talking, I started my stretching and warm-up. Just like last night, I did a total of 10 minutes, but with 5 repetitions of pull-ups; in total, I did 50 pull-ups. The last 3 minutes were really hard for me. As I mentioned, I'm going to use this month of January to reactivate my body and get back into the exercises and movements I used to do.
