Hoy como todos los días quiero compartir con ustedes , un plato especial: guiso de salchichas con cebollín y pimentón, servido con un delicioso espagueti cubierto de zanahoria y plátanos fritos.

Ingredientes:

  • 6 salchichas de pollo.
  • 50 gramos de cebollín.
  • 1 zanahoria.
  • 250 gramos de espaguetis.
  • 1 pimentón.
  • 150 ml de aceite.
  • 1 plátano.
  • Sal y orégano.

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken sausages.
  • 50 grams of chives.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 250 grams of spaghetti.
  • 1 paprika.
  • 150 ml oil.

Preparación:
  • Lavar el cebollín y picar en trocitos pequeños, igualmente picar el pimentón.

Para preparar el espaguetis:
  • Colocar una olla con agua en la candela, agregar sal.
  • Quitar la concha de la zanahoria, lavar y rallar.

  • Para guisar las salchichas, lo primero que se hace: lavar y picar el cebollín, pimentón y la zanahoria en trozos pequeños, Además las salchichas también se deben picar.

  • Agregar sal , orégano y un poquito de agua, tapar y dejar cocinar por 20 minutos.

  • Quitar la cocncha de plátano y picar en ruedas para poner a freír en un sartén en la candela con aceite caliente, esperar a que se doren por ambos lados.
