A Photo Trip To College After 5 Months Of Lockdown

So this is officially the first trip I'm taking to my college since everything was locked down and everyone had to stay at home. I took this trip because I wanted to go to my house off campus, take care of my things, get some few change of clothings and well see a few friends as well who are etched up staying in their houses when the lockdown was enacted. I had left earlier and I couldn't help but notice the change in almost everywhere. The change however is that there hasn't been any form or rainfall in 2 months and people are now wearing nose masks.

However what didn't change is that people are still plenty in market places or public transport stations. There's definitely not much cases of Corona virus in Nigeria and this can be proven in how people still stick close to themselves in public places wearing their make below their neck and yet they still go home healthy and return two weeks without the virus.
Truth is, Nigeria is an overpopulated country and this is because we have little resources for the number of people that are a available this makes some people surplus to requirements hence poverty, lack brought about by unemployment.

Most people do not even adhere to the nose mask guideline except they're using public transport or going to events where there might be government officials. So what changed was the difference in how the road to my college use to look like and what didn't change was the people are still clustered in market places and Nigeria could have been zombie land should the rate of Corona virus be that serious like it use to be in places like Italy. So this pictures entails majorly how I used public transport popularly called BRT.

IMG_20200827_135144-01.jpeg

In the photos, I used BRT to travel simply because it was cheaper and more comfortable than private transportation and after getting to college, I settle for pepper soup which had this sort of goat meat. Of course you could see that I was wearing my socks because it was dusty and I was posing with my bag. I love photography, it's been an integral part of me since I started blogging on the chain and basically it's been something I've relied on to express myself differently. So here you have it my picture story on my trip to college. What do you think?

Lockdowns are so unnecessary in my opinion.

Well yeah, because it's always flaunted in my side of the world and it's not even the solution to anything. Thanks a lot for the comment.

Those photos are well taken bro, on the lockdown issue I think it is just a bunch of crap and I get irritated with the way people react to it so scared like they are going to dies next minute.

If the theories about it were through Nigeria should be impacted severely being a densely populated country.

Nigeria is an overpopulated country and this is because we have little resources

I'm not sure if I understand you here bro, as far as i know Nigeria is a very rich country and its resources can accommodate its people, it is just a country that have been mismanages and continues to be. Sadly so putting its people in a state of poverty.

By the way I could do with some pepper soup right now with goat me! 😋

Truth is, the resources we have is not even in the citizenry's control so we can basically say we don't have any resources at all because we're rich, yet we're visibly poor.

By the way I could do with some pepper soup right now with goat me!

Hahaha well do you have a place to have it in SA?

Lol technically Nigeria has no resources!

Yes there are Nigerian restaurants in SA that sell them, a bit of a distance from me though.

I visited my collage too few days ago, even in the public transportation, no one was wearing a nose mask, the town was crowded and everything functioning like there was no Corona virus. I even learnt Kano were high case we're reported at some time doesn't even follow any rules. Thank God for your safe trip

Currently Kano state hardly obey the lockdown rules but in Lagos here it's really strict and people are taking their time to obey it over here ekses they'll be arrested.

Wow, this is an awesome take. I haven't even been to my college since the lockdown was initiated.

Well Nigeria has been a place where the most minute law is being broken, so Nigerian not obeying the safety regulations in order to prevent the spread of the virus isn't anything surprising. And it's mostly not their fault, its because they haven't seen enough proofs that the virus really exist 😂

Nice blog mate. Keep it up 👍🏽

Well yeah enough proof isn't there that the Virus is not in Nigeria. Just some ridiculous numbers being made up by the federal government as of such.
Well it's my first time of going to my college too I wanted to see a few people and do a few things

Oh I thought classes are open and you went back to college to attend regular classes like nothing happened lol. Those pictures are so good!! I love the angles and the HDR effect that you did. Very artsy!! 😍 Also that sucks that some don't adhere to the guidelines. :/ but understandable since not everyone can afford them as well or some just don't even care if they get the virus

No yet, classes didn't open. thanks a lot I love adding simple edits to my pictures the color level is always my aim.
Classes might eventually open late September however I went to actually sort out a few things before we eventually resume that's why I set out.
Yeah I believe most people have actually lost what it means to believe in the virus and most people don't even believe in it at all. Thanks for dropping by @hiddenblade.
