Good health, peace of mind, & Money.

A lot of people are living the type of lives they don't want or like because they simply cannot change it even though they've tried. I've watched people experience transformations that are mind-blowing because their finances improves, and life got better.

I've seen people who got sick and their lives changed and people left them. I've seen people who experienced depression and stopped taking their baths or take care of overall physical hygiene.

The life we currently have, the way we look at the moment is dependent on things like our health, financial status and emotional state of mind. When these things changes for better or worse, it simply affects the way we look. I remembered a lady who once said I was too ugly once, but years later this same person was begging me to have her in my life.

I asked what changed, was I still not as ugly?

What must've happened, but then I checked in the mirror, compared old pictures and discovered something: I looked different from 12 years ago when she exactly made the statement.

Then I began to question what changed, well I discovered my finances got better, and my I went through a period of peace and stability. In the last couple of months years I've seen people tell me that I look really thin, lost a lost of weight, and look significantly darker, what happened?

Well I got broke, went through a period of loss, pain and distress, then got hit with a life-threatening illness.

So even though it's been almost 3 years and I have not tried taking care of myself, I have failed simply because I still do not have the means to enforce the change I want in my life. The money is just not there.

We're what we have, what we feel and what we know.

The moment you begin to lose the things that makes you what you are, this begins to affect how you'll appear or look, and infact this affects your confidence, your ability to express yourself verbally, because you're no longer who you used to be, and vice versa.

Inasmuch as some people can keep their core values, I think life is generally dependent on what we've gone through and what has gone through us, and this is why I think human beings are like sponges, we're what we've actually gone through and we cannot change it except there are external factors that actually changes.

This is why I think looks are a reflective of what is happening in our lives.

I've heard people call others ugly or good looking, inasmuch as I think good genetics is an important factor in determining looks and all that, people forget that there are lots of factors that can change in one's life and even people who are predestined to look good can go through a process of rough patches and even their good genes will not be able to shine through it all.

I think this is why people should understand that life comes in phases, and there's nothing you can really do.

Empathy & Compassion

Everyone can go through rough patches and it's honestly very important that people don't think bad times cannot happen to them. There's honestly no one that cannot go through things of their own, it's the reality of life and people thinking they're immune is why they actually laugh at others.

We're what life makes us, some people will always have it worse than others and sometimes you can only hope to be lucky. This is why people should treat others with respect and empathy because they were only unlucky and their life can still change for the better.

It's rough, but our mindset naturally affects us in daily life. It sucks to have some depression, but that is the reality of life. Sometimes things that are good happen, and other times, it just hurts.

Yes, it sucks, but there will always be a type of depression in life, and we can honestly not take that away. I think when life just gets better it just naturally goes away.
