Nigeria; A Capitulated And A Failed State In Financial Mess?

Wealth creation should generally malign with job creation but in a country like Nigeria, this isn't generally so. The federal government has ways to generate money or wealth and improve things like the GDP growth of the country but then the GNP rate which especially affects the citizens hardly ever rises. Truth is, things like gold mining would generally generate billions for the government but then how can this Influence the development of the well being of the citizens? Nigeria is one of the worst countries when it comes to job creation, but then it can easily create wealth out of the many resources.

One reason why Nigeria is rated as a poor country is because a vast majority of the citizens are poor. The entrepreneurs amongst them that are more funded are the rich ones while the unfunded ones never make headways because there are no government schemes or bills that makes it possible to procure funds for entrepreneurs with viable idea. Although GNP is hardly rated more than GDP Just like it was In the past but then what's the many wealth of a nation if it's citizens are majorly poor? Now this poverty results from lack of jobs, the failure of financial institutions and of course uneducated personnel at the helms of affair.

Nigeria is vastly wealthy and recently it was reported then a crime institution boss owned three hundred and eighty houses amongst other billions stored away, now if a person owned 380 houses, and the size of Nigeria is
923,768 km² with about 200 million people, how many people has been deprived of owning houses? Now look at it this way; if a everyone owns 380 houses in Nigeria, will the country be enough to contain 380 houses owned by at least 200 million people?. This is to show the despicable rate of corruption. The wealth of Nigeria is untapped and raw but then Oligarchs are all we have handling the legislative and the financial sector.

Now for everyone who's owning a BSC degree in Nigeria or an equivalent, there's about a hundred person vying for a position in organisation or a firm and in the selection process, there's the effect of nepotism and favouritism and after the selection process the most qualified people aren't selected and about ninety nine other people are left unemployment after spending so much going to college. Now in a bid to secure entrepreneurship funds the government have neither advanced the educational sectors to be able to propose bills that Will promote entrepreneurship since the country has generally failed at creating jobs.

Without a doubt, a vast majority of investors outside Nigeria are increasing the GNP and GDP rate of other countries simply because there are platforms where a person can build. There are so many dead sectors in Nigeria and the government is only concerned about oil. Sectors like agriculture will generally do better than oil if invested on but then they'll have to decentralise the agricultural sector empowering each layers bit by bit rather than sequestering it to a small scale level where only a few farmers will enjoy the Monopoly of producing food In a massive quantity.

The truth is that, Nigeria is a failed state and could have easily been one of the richest countries in the world if not for mismanagement of resources. The electorate itself is bias and the electoral process is highly plundered. Clowns without college degrees or a success business empire except looted fund from their past government expenditures are the ones rewriting and restructuring the constitution. An example is old war horse Muhammadu Buhari who's former general in the military regime returning back to rule as a democrat. In truth the constitution is the key to getting Nigeria off the many financial mess it's found itself, but then who will kick the hornet's nest?

I have come to the conclusion that it's greed and the lust of power that's making the country's management crumble in every sector. They keep accumulating wealth which is never used to empower the youth, fund SMEs or provide platform for employment to fit the about 1+million labour force. Nigeria is truly a blessed country but the government and those in power has become the cankerworm eating down it fertility

This is the saddest part of it. Our financial sector is totally distraught and being mismanaged to stupor, we're more than a failed state.

I am really short of words.... Even the religious patriots are tired of praying. A free and democratic state where it all seems like modern slavery, A blessed country where hunger and starvation ended to be the song of the masses. The leadership has lost his way since decades but instead of turning back, the leaders kept going wrong. So sad!

Yeah we can attest to the terrible leadership and the corruption is alarming. We need an overhaul of the whole system. It's pathetic
