The Mind's Travails. (An Original Poetry)
In a moment of clinging
an epiphany unearths,
as a musing.
the mind is a writer,
that scribbles
the sweetest stories,
of things
that might never be.
as it sits idly,
like a still water.
In a jiffy,
a spin is spun,
as a spanner in a wheel,
taking away the zeal
to forge a focus.
a pebble oinks
unsettling the silence
creating a reverberation
like a beehive
buzzing with unrest.
as it wakes,
it begins again,
it's quest with a zest.
traveling through borders,
as a heartbeat
galloping steadily
thumping in a sequence,
a proof of life
as if thoughts were realities.
a view of panorama,
as it nestles,
on beautiful places
threading like a princess
on glittering Peebles.
settling rather sweetly.
life is a melodrama
that eats into the emotion
as a nibbling,
continuously tapping.
Drifting away,
as a feather;
gently descending,
into ceaselessness.
the past is the present,
reliving itself in lividity
all in one moment,
the torture,
as it ruptures endlessly.
We are warriors,
striving thoroughly,
to never hit rock bottom.
a little bit of negativity
and we're back into the abyss,
sinking abysmally
as a dead man
chained to the rears
of the ocean.
