I've been dreaming of this day since the first moment I got my braces, it's been quite a long road. There have been years where I could not pay to continue orthodontics and that made me sad, then I moved to the country with the little that I had managed to gather and in my mind I had that as soon as I had a job I would continue orthodontics, I had to make my life from scratch and after 1 year and a half that I managed to have a couple of basic things, it was when I said, the moment is now or never, I have to take it now because I don't like looking in the mirror and not liking myself, smiling with closed lips because my teeth give me insecurity or because they see "the irons." There have been so many insecurities, I really didn't feel comfortable, for some it may be silly but for me not, and it is a relief for me this day, I feel like I finally managed to cross a bridge, I managed to overcome something and here I am with a beautiful smile at last.

He estado soñando con este día desde el primer momento que me coloqué los brackets, ha sido un camino bastante largo. Han sido años donde no pude pagar para continuar la ortodoncia y eso me tenía triste, luego me mudé de país con lo poquito que había logrado reunir y en mi mente llevaba que apenas tuviera trabajo continuaría la ortodoncia, me tocó hacer mi vida desde cero y después de 1 año y medio que logré tener un par de cosas básicas fue cuando dije, el momento es ahora o nunca, tengo que tomarlo ya porque tampoco me gusta mirar al espejo y no agradarme, sonreír con los labios cerrados porque mis dientes me dan inseguridad o porque se ven "los fierros". Han sido tantas inseguridades, realmente no me sentía cómoda, para algunos puede ser una tontería pero para mí no, y es un alivio para mí este día, siento que por fin logré cruzar un puente, logré superar algo y aquí estoy con una sonrisa hermosa por fin
