Poema Original: Lapicero. - [ESP-ENG]
Hello! Very good morning, afternoon and evening to all the Hive community, I hope you have had a great start of the month. Next, I share with you this original poem in this great community as it is Blockchain Poets, this is called pencil, this poem is very recent, I wrote it a few days ago while we are still recovering my website, the inspiration to write it in particular is because I recently found a pencil that I used a lot in my college days, from there I started to remember many jokes, anecdotes, joys, the nights and many early mornings studying to achieve the ultimate goal that in the end was to graduate, using various methods of study with that pen that eventually helped me a lot when memorizing for an exam or seminar, missing the cool and fun times in that great stage I had and well from there the inspiration for this poem, as always I look forward to your comments, of course you like it very much.
English
The pencil ran down the page,
The words were written in blue letters,
A pencil was on my right side,
And a marker highlighted the letters.
I underlined the most important with a ruler,
I turned on the flashlight and rearranged the chair,
As I summarized some notes,
Finishing a paragraph in the middle of the night.
Listening to the barking of the dog next door,
I'd move on to the next sheet of paper,
In the moment of excitement,
The pen and the sheet of paper fall.
Forgetting the ideas for an instant,
I wrote without any rhyme,
The summary was poorly written,
I just had to smile and start again.

It is enough to write to them to turn away from everything that has been polluted by idols, to avoid forbidden marriages, and not to eat the flesh of strangled or drowned animals, nor blood.

It is interesting how we sometimes remember the things we were once familiar with. Having to see the pencil and the memory attached to it is beautiful. And so is the poem.
I am so glad you loved the poem and yes it is part of everything that helps us to write as that is what helps us, thanks for reading my post, blessings ♥
