Hay motivos físicos en los espacios que rodean o han marcado nuestras vidas, que suelen ser objetos de diferente naturaleza, dependiendo de cada uno de nosotros. En mi caso, hay muchos, como supongo lo será en ustedes. Por ejemplo, entre esos motivos están “objetos” materiales, por llamarlos, de algún modo, que formaron parte de una estructura (puerta, ventana, alero, etc.), y que cuando los vuelves a ver no solamente renuevan su significado contextual (constructivo, arquitectónico, cultural), sino también la emoción de la memoria individual. Eso me ocurre con los “simples” objetos que registro en las fotos que reproduzco, con su herrumbre y abandono, tomadas de una calle emblemática de Cumaná.

There are physical motifs in the spaces that surround or have marked our lives, which are usually objects of different nature, depending on each of us. In my case, there are many, as I suppose there will be in yours. For example, among those motifs are material "objects", to call them somehow, that were part of a structure (door, window, eaves, etc.), and that when you see them again not only renew their contextual meaning (constructive, architectural, cultural), but also the emotion of the individual memory. That happens to me with the "simple" objects that I register in the photos that I reproduce, with its rust and abandonment, taken from an emblematic street of Cumaná.
