hola amigos de Hive y comunidad de SWC, estas son algunas fotografias que he tomado hoy en mi entrenamiento, hoy ha sido un entreno múltiple he hecho un poco de todo ya que queria activar los todos los músculos para iniciar bien esta semana y tambien debido a que la semana anterior no estuve muy activo con los entrenos. estoy bastante conforme con el entreno de hoy y planeo seguir progresando día a día
Hi friends of Hive and SWC community, these are some pictures that I took today in my training, today was a multiple workout I did a little bit of everything because I wanted to activate all the muscles to start this week well and also because the previous week I was not very active with the workouts. I am quite happy with today's workout and I plan to continue progressing day by day.
