The Best Methods for "Time Management" - ALPEN method [ESP] Los mejores métodos para "la gestión del tiempo"- Método ALPEN

Al Pen Method does not address those famous and big questions of time planning or business planning, this method focuses on organizing a working day.

It shows us how to make the structure of the day to obtain maximum effectiveness through five steps and each of them with its initial of the name of the method.

Since this method has been developed in the German language, the initials also respond to the name of each of the steps of the methodology, now we will see each of the steps:

A: Tasks alisys - You can build an overview of all pending tasks from a global perspective.

D: the estimated duration: it is the estimate of the time that is needed for each task to be carried out. This summation of all the time gives us the first idea to know if we will finish or not, if it is possible or not to achieve everything pending in the day.

P: time planning: you should only plan a little more than 50% of the work time and for example reserve 40% for those unexpected events or actions or for those social activities or leisure.

E: the evaluation of the decisions: you must prioritize deciding which are the primary tasks and which are the ones that will be done in the second instance. Here you can apply the Eisenhower time matrix or the ABC technique.

A: the review: here is the final check of the day if that planning was met to meet the proposed objectives.

I invite you to use this ALPEN technique and try to apply it in your day-to-day life.

Valid points there. They are built on the fundamentals tenets of Planning, Execution and Evaluation.
You did a good job of expanding the points and visually taking us through it!
