Día nublado [ESP/ING]
Hola comunidad #SWC, El día de hoy realicé una rutina de tuck planche con variantes.
Mi propósito de entrenar tuck planche es sacar la stradell planch con buena postura.
Mi amigo @jeyson20sw me estuvo enseñando variaciones de la tuck planche como, Tuck avance, Tuck con las rodillas en la muñeca y más.
Por cierto el clima de hoy le doy un 10/10 es increíble entrenar nublado y con frío ojalá siga así.
La rutina pego bastante y espero sacar stradell planch.

Hello #SWC community, Today I did a tuck planche routine with variations.
My purpose of training tuck planche is to get the stradell planch out with good posture.
My friend @jeyson20sw was teaching me variations of the tuck planche like, Tuck advance, Tuck with knees on the wrist and more.
By the way, today's weather I give it a 10/10, it's incredible, training cloudy and cold, hopefully it will continue like this.
The routine hit quite a bit and I hope to get stradell planch.
