Let's be mindful of our diet daily

Recently I have been taking junks excessively and I'd say that it had some effect in my body both positively and negatively as well, at first I wasn't aware of the negative effect on me cause, I was literally looking for ways to add some weight and that was what led me to lots of junks intake but I didn't realize it junkie foods are very high in calories and less nutritional in the human body until I was made known by my doctor. I didn't really want to stop it but I eventually when I began stooling and also having frequent indigestion due to the much intake of junkie foods

I did figured out that this could literally be other side effects which is the negative part, I was going to the toilet for excretion frequently as we which isn't a normal thing for me, and so I went on to check on myself at the hospital for check up and I was literally made to understand that I shud stop every intake of excess cholesterol oil, processed foods from the store and sugar. I said to myself that "so this is really the thing affecting me unknowingly" I put a stop to it and I changed the course of my daily intake.

More so, I had to cultivate the habit of taking fruits for desert bfr going to bed at night not any fruit buh a fruit that's contains and very rich in vitamin C.

Weeks passed by I did everything I was told to and my whole body system turned a brand new and I was living fine and fresh.

One of the things that helped reshaped me is working in a place where I can easily get those foods, fruits and everything that I needed for me to remain consistent on those diet that was prescribed for me.
I always get the chance to eat the fruit like I want and at the appropriate time for it.

In the place where I work as a bartender, we do offer breakfast buffet for all the in-house guest that are eligible for the breakfast and the food that are served are well cooked by our experienced chefs. It did helped in the course of changing my diet. I guess that's one of the benefits working in hospitality industry, smiles!.

So here, I'd like to give some tips on how to go about having a good diet daily to help your body system.

  • Consuming lots of proteinous food like, fish egg and meat are very essential to the body.

  • Always eat breakfast at the appropriate time for healthy living

  • Eat a lots of fruit. This literally helps for indigestion and it kills bad cells in the body and also helps in wounded area in the body

  • Try and consume lots of water to avoid skin dehydration and kidney stones as well.

  • Minimize the intake of processed foods.

  • Avoid foods that contain too much cholesterol for excessive fats.

  • Eats foods that contain high fibre

  • Eat more vegetables. This is also very important to the body, I'd give a big kudos to mum for always adding vegetables for every meal she made for me.

Now I knw very well this isn't easy for one to achieve but you need to be very determined in order for you to execute this diet plan or goal. Every day must be planned well for good diet for you to achieve a quick results in having a healthy living. Believe it worth because health is wealth. If you don't take good care of yourself or give yourself a proper diet believe me you'd spend all your hard earned money on your health so your health is basically the priority. Always remember this health is wealth.
