Regalos del día del Padre (Esp-Eng)

Hola chicos ¿qué tal? En esta oportunidad les quiero mostrar algunos de mis regalos por el día del padre. No había escrito antes ya que por mi trabajo se me complica un poco, pero hoy es feriado en mi ciudad así que aprovecho para hacerlo posible.

El día del padre desde que tengo hijos cambió por completo, ya no solo era celebrar a mi papá, si no que también a mi me celebrará y no lo veo como algo obligatorio si no como un agasajo por todo lo que quienes ejercemos la paternidad de la mejor manera podemos recibir. Actualmente ya no tengo a mi papá para celebrarlo con él, pero igual disfruto ese día con mis hijos y es lindo ver la emoción en el rostro de ellos cuando llegan de la escuela con su detalles y me los entregan. Este año recibí cartas, una gorra, y un trofeos por parte de mis hijis jeje

Mi esposa me invitó un almuerzo fuera de casa para celebrar el día del padre y en la tarde de ese mismo día, nos reunimos donde mi cuñado a para seguir celebrando junto a mi suegro también y cuñados que ya son padres. Allí me regalaron los niños una taza, mi cuñada una camisa y mi suegro un imán para el refrigerador con una foto donde salimos los dos. Ese momento fue emotivo, ya que él me llamó hijo, siempre me ha visto así y más ahora que solo lo tengo a el.

Bueno chicos, fue un gran día realmente, no me quejo, si no que por el contrario soy agradecido.

Hi guys, how are you? This time I want to show you some of the gifts I received for Father’s Day. I hadn’t written earlier because work keeps me pretty busy, but today is a holiday in my city, so I’m taking the opportunity to do it.

Father’s Day completely changed for me since I became a dad. It’s no longer just about celebrating my own father, but now I’m celebrated too. And I don’t see it as something that has to happen, but rather as a gesture of appreciation for everything we, as fathers doing our best, deserve to receive.

I no longer have my dad to celebrate with, but I still enjoy the day with my kids. It’s heartwarming to see the excitement on their faces when they come home from school with little gifts and hand them to me. This year, I received letters, a cap, and a trophy from my little ones haha.

My wife took me out for lunch to celebrate Father’s Day, and in the afternoon we gathered at my brother-in-law’s house to keep celebrating together with my father-in-law and other brothers-in-law who are also dads. There, the kids gave me a mug, my sister-in-law gave me a shirt, and my father-in-law gave me a fridge magnet with a photo of the two of us. That moment was emotional because he called me "son" — he has always seen me that way, and even more so now that he’s the only father figure I have.

Well guys, it was truly a great day. I’m not complaining — on the contrary, I’m grateful.
