Hello, dear community of Hive Gaming, I hope you are very well, today I come to show you a post about ARK, but this post will be a little different than usual.

As many will know, in my profile I had a series of ARK that ended in a very abrupt way, due to a chain of misfortunes, but not only were things caused by things that happened within the game, but many things that happened within the game and failures that happened with the game.

Let me clarify that this post is to talk about some moments in which the game made me very annoyed, may be problems with the game in general or may be caused by Steam some of them.

Starting the list of bugs that happened to me the most:

Disappearance of my dinosaurs.

In my ARK game in the Extinction dlc I had an argentavis called Pavo real.

This argentavis was like my favorite son among all my dinosaurs, he was the one I had spent the most time to raise his strength and life levels. It was the best dinosaur I had and it was also the most useful.

What happened with this argentavis was that at the moment I was taming a mammoth I got disconnected in the snow biome, because someone else was going to use the computer.

When I reconnected a couple of days later, I was dismounted from the argentavis and also my argentavis was not next to me which is common, I was whistling for a while to call him to where I was, but the argentavis did not appear, I went into the log of what happens in the game to see if he had died, but no, there was no record of him being dead, he was not in the whole area where I left him last time.

This being the last picture I have with Pavo Real.

I gave him up for lost, because I could not do anything else to find him. As he was one of my favorite dinosaurs, the truth is that losing him like that was very frustrating because he disappeared for no reason.

I don't know what this was due to, if it was a problem with ARK or Steam sync, but the point is that I lost Pavo Real.

Failure to Appear.

More than a bug is something that the game has, that I don't like at all, which is about the issue of the appearance of the different creatures and the probabilities that they have to appear.

I will explain quickly and simply this problem.

All this begins with the appearance and percentage of dinosaur appearances, some have specific places to appear and also there is a limit of dinosaur appearance, so the computer does not explode when they appear out of five hundred dinosaurs, so far so clear and good, what I do not like is that there are very good dinosaurs with low probability of appearing and this makes it fun to search for them.

The problem is that there are moments in which the limit of dinosaur appearance presents failures and less and less dinosaurs appear, as if the limit will decrease, to this problem we add that you have to be killing dinosaurs for others to appear making you spend a lot of time killing dinosaurs in the hope that the one you want appears with almost zero probability.

That's what happened to me with this dinosaur.

A very useful and beautiful dinosaur that I needed to tame, at the moment it appeared I didn't have enough stuff to tame it and also I killed it so that one with a higher level would appear, what happened is that it disappeared and I never came back to any dinosaur of this type.

I had seen videos on YouTube where you had to place commands to make all the wild creatures disappear and thus reset the appearance system, I have never tried it, but this must be something that can be fixed without the need of a command.

Crashing Game.

For this I don't have a picture, but I will explain and then show you the error with a google image.

It is very common that I am playing and out of nowhere the game freezes for a few seconds and then a crashing report appears, this is something that happens to me a lot and whenever it happens to me it bothers me a lot and also takes away my desire to play.

I found this image on a reddit forum and it's the same bug that I'm getting.

I don't reproach the game for this failure, because this may be due to something in the computer, although I don't know what, because there are times when I was playing very well and I didn't see that.

I think I'll leave the list of ARK bugs up to here, there are still several that I haven't commented, like the bug that makes the map restart and erase everything I explore, or also that bug that makes my dinosaurs get trapped inside walls and then I can't get them out.

Being those just some of the many bugs that I have come to see in this game, but the real problem is not that this game makes me angry a lot with its bunch of bugs, what bothers me is that I keep playing it, therefore, that I love it then I have that love/hate that has me tied to the game as if it were a toxic relationship.

Hola, querida comunidad de Hive Gaming, espero que estén muy bien, el día de hoy vengo a mostrarles un post sobre ARK, pero este post será un poco diferente a lo común.

Como muchos sabrán, en mi perfil tenía una serie de ARK que termino de una manera muy abrupta, debido una cadena de desgracias, pero no solo fueron cosas provocadas por cosas que sucedieron dentro del juego, sino que fueren muchas cosas que sucedían dentro del juego y fallos que sucedían con el juego.

Dejen les aclaro que este post es para hablar de algunos momentos en que el juego hizo que me molestara mucho, puede que sean problemas del juego en general o que sean causadas por el Steam algunas de ellas.

Dando comienzo a la lista de fallos que más me ocurrían:

Desaparición de mis dinosaurios.

En mi partida de ARK en el dlc de Extinction yo tenía un argentavis llamado Pavo real.

Este argentavis era como mi hijo favorito entre todos mis dinosaurios, era al cual le había dedicado más tiempo para subir sus niveles de fuerza y de vida. Era el mejor dinosaurio que tenía y además era el más útil.

Lo sucedió con este argentavis fue que en momento que estaba domesticando a un mamut me desconecte en el bioma de la nieve, por el hecho de que otra persona iba a utilizar la computadora.

Cuando me volví a conectar un par de días después, estaba desmontado del argentavis y además mi argentavis no estaba a mi lado que es lo común, estuve un rato silbando para llamarlo a donde estaba yo, pero el argentavis no aparecía, me metí en el registro de lo que sucede en la partida para ver si se había muerto, pero no, no había registro de que estuviera muerto, tampoco estaba en toda la zona donde lo deje la última vez.

Siendo esta la última foto que tengo con Pavo Real.

Yo lo di por perdido, debido a que no podía hacer más nada para encontrarlo. Como era uno de mis dinosaurios favoritos, la verdad que perderlo así fue muy frustrante debido a que desapareció sin razón.

No sé a qué se haya debido esto, si era un problema de ARK o de la sincronización de Steam, pero el punto es que perdí a Pavo Real.

Fallos de aparición.

Más que un fallo es algo que tiene el juego, que no me gusta para nada, que es sobre el tema de la aparición de las distintas criaturas y las probabilidades que tienen de aparecer.

Les explicaré rápido y de manera sencilla este problema.

Todo esto comienza con la aparición y porcentaje de apariciones de los dinosaurios, algunos tienen lugares específicos para aparecer y además que hay un límite de aparición de dinosaurios, así la computadora no explota cuando aparezcan de los quinientos dinosaurios, hasta aquí todo claro y bueno, lo que no me gusta es que hay dinosaurios muy buenos con baja probabilidad de aparecer y esto hace divertida su busque.

El problema es que hay momento en el que el límite de aparición de dinosaurio presenta fallos y cada vez aparecen menos dinosaurios, como si el límite disminuirá, a este problema le añadimos que hay que estar matando dinosaurios para que otros aparezcan haciendo que pases mucho tiempo matando dinosaurios con la esperanza de que aparezca el que tú quieres con una probabilidad casi nula.

Así me sucedió a mí con este dinosaurio.

Un dinosaurio muy útil y hermoso que necesitaba domesticar, en el momento que este apareció no tenía las cosas suficientes para domesticarlo y además lo mate para que apareciera alguno con un nivel mayor, lo que sucedió es que este desapareció y más nunca volví a ningún dinosaurio de este tipo.

Había visto videos en YouTube donde tenías que colocar comandos para qué desaparecían todas las criaturas salvajes y así reiniciar el sistema de aparición, nunca lo he intentado, pero esto debe ser algo que se arregle sin necesidad de comando.

Cierre repentino del juego.

Para esto no tengo una foto, pero les explicaré y luego les mostraré el error con una imagen de Google.

Es muy común que esté jugando y de la nada el juego se congele por unos segundos y que luego aparezca un reporte de crashing, esto es algo que me sucede mucho y siempre que me sucede me molesta muchísimo y además me quita las ganas de jugar.

Encontré esta Imagen en un foro de Reddit y es el mismo fallo que me aparece.

Este fallo no se lo reprocho al juego en verdad, ya que esto puede que se deba a algo de la computadora, aunque no sé al que, porque hay momentos en los que yo jugaba muy bien y no me aparecía eso.

Creo que dejaré la lista de fallos del ARK hasta aquí, aún hay varios que no he comentado, como el error que hace que el mapa se me reinicie y se borre todo lo que explore, o también ese fallo que hace que mis dinosaurios se queden atrapados dentro de paredes y que después no pueda sacarlos.

Siendo esos solo algunos de los tantos fallos que he llegado a ver en este juego, pero el verdadero problema no es que este juego me haga enfadar muchísimos con su montón de fallos, lo que me molesta es que yo lo sigo jugando, por lo tanto, que me encanta entonces tengo ese amor/odio que me tiene amarrado al juego cómo si fuera una relación tóxica.
