Hello dear community of Hive Gaming, today I comment a post a little random, talking about Garry's Mod, this game so classic and so versatile, because it can be modified to the point that they are different games in one, something similar to what can be done in Roblox, only that Garry has a much more detailed and improved graphical appearance, using a game engine that is nothing more and nothing less than a modification of the soucer engine, an engine so recognized in games like Counter Strike, Left 4 Dead, Half-Life, Portal and many other games just mentioning the best known.

What makes Garry's Mod so much fun is the fact that it is a game in which the limit is your imagination, having the possibility to add many things that other people have created before, at this point is where the Steam workshop comes in, giving us the possibility to add anything we can think of in this game, best of all is that with these additions and your imagination you can create any game mode and many other mechanics for this game.

Today I will show you the mods that I have added and the little I know about this game, the fun of this game is to play it with friends, in this case I will be playing alone and showing the curious things that can be done with enough creativity and skill.

Inside the game

The first thing I will do will be to generate a server, taking into account that the game only brings two experimental maps, otherwise you can download many more, you can generate them yourself or you can link the game with another game you have that also uses the soucer engine and thus be able to play on the maps of that game, as in my case I did with left 4 dead 2, being a game that I also have on steam.

I will select one of the initial two maps to show the few things I have installed.

This is what the game and map looks like.

One of the things I like to change the most about this game is the character I control, it's like changing the look of my character.

Currently, my appearance is that of a skeleton, very Venezuelan of me.

It really looks a lot like me that character (since I didn't know how to see my character in third person I decided to control a chair so I could see how handsome I look).

I wanted to go from being a skeleton to a velociraptor, this look I saw in the first pages of the workshop and I loved it.

First of all I have to make it clear that I'm a dinosaur fan, I really love them all.

Even my friends know it, I even got to have a toy of a T-rex that was more or less 30 centimeters.

Back to the topic.

I wanted to be a velociraptor, thus looking the character in game.

And looking like this being already in character.

I really liked how it looked and in this case I controlled a box to be able to see what I looked like.

The next thing to do is to start making, the things I downloaded are listed.

Five Nights at Freddy's 4 Animatronics

Being the first thing to show the animatronics of Five Nights at Freddy's 4, I wanted to download this for the fact that I knew this game once I saw it on YouTube in a map that simulated a Five Nights at Freddy's in first person, this idea I loved it so much that when I downloaded the game the first thing I thought of was that.

I decided for the fourth installment of this saga, since it is when the animatronics are scarier and look cooler. Looking like this in game.

Foxy's look being my favorite.

All in general look very good, a bit dark, but with direct lighting this is fixed.

In this case they were only the models, but we can make them move and we can become any of them.

In this image we can see Chica moving.

And in this one Foxy moving.

Obviously in a picture you can't see the movement, but it's understood that they are moving towards me, as they are aggressive and kill me with a scream

As I told you before, we can also control them, having their movements and attack animation of each animatronic.

Seeing us this way in third person.

With no more to comment on the animatronics let's move on to the next mod.

minecraft fox

Not much to comment, it's a pet that follows us around and sits, no more.

How cool it looks.

But speaking of small mods that don't add much, check this one out.

Gun that shoots Nyan cats.

It's simply that.

I will say no more about it.

Now comes the best of all.

Dinosaurs

Download several mods that just add dinosaurs, many are well done and others not so much, for example.

This Carnotaurus moves and looks amazing, I loved everything about this dinosaur, but then there is another dinosaur that are just plain bad.

This dinosaur, which by the way I don't even know which one it is, moved very badly as if it was a moving image, moreover it is very ugly.

Then there are other cases, like the following.

This Brachiosaurus, looks great, but it didn't move an inch.

It's time to see the best dinosaur of these mods.

T-rex

Starting with the fact that it looks beautiful and has very fluid mobility.

Something that makes it unique is its animation of killing us, which eats us.

How beautiful it looks coming towards me to kill me.

The only problem is when we control it because the cameras, both the first view and the third view.

The third view you see the t-rex, in which the t-rex pretty much blocks our view and also that we can't see where we attack.

And the first view we see from inside the dinosaur, which is ugly and uncomfortable.

And with this explanation of how it feels to control a Tyrannosaurus rex I will say goodbye to this post, a bit unusual way to end a post, but I have no more to comment about it.

Hola querida comunidad de Hive Gaming, el día de hoy les comento un post un poco random, hablando de Garry's Mod, este juego tan clásico y tan versátil, ya que puede ser modificado hasta el punto que sean distintos juegos en uno solo, algo parecido a lo que se puede hacer en Roblox, solo que Garry tiene una apariencia gráfica mucho más detallada y mejorada, utilizando este juego un motor de juego que es nada más y nada menos una modificación del motor soucer, un motor tan reconocido en juego como Counter Strike, Left 4 Dead, Half-Life, Portal y muchos otros juegos mencionando nada más a los más conocidos.

Lo que hace tan divertido al Garry's Mod es el hecho de que sea un juego en el que el límite es tu imaginación, teniendo la posibilidad de añadir muchas cosas que otras personas hayan creado antes, en este punto es donde entra la workshop de Steam, dándonos la posibilidad de añadir cualquier que se nos ocurra en este juego, lo mejor de todo es que con estos añadidos y tu imaginación puedes crear cualquier modo de juego y muchos otra mecánica para este juego.

El día de hoy voy a mostrarles los mods que yo he añadido y lo poco que sé de este juego, que lo divertido de este juego es jugarlo con amigos, yo en este caso lo estaré jugando solo y mostrando las cosas tan curiosas que se pueden llegar a hacer con la suficiente creatividad y habilidad.

Dentro del juego

Lo primero que haré será generar un servidor, teniendo en cuenta que el juego solo trae dos mapas experimentales, de resto tú puedes descargar muchos más, puedes generarlos tu mismo o puedes vincular el juego con otro que tengas que también use el motor soucer y así poder jugar en los mapas de ese juego, como en mi caso lo hice con el left 4 dead 2, siendo un juego que también tengo en steam.

Seleccionaré uno de los dos mapas iniciales para mostrar las pocas cosas que tengo instaladas.

Así se ve el juego y el mapa.

Una de las cosas que más me gusta cambiar de este juego es el personaje que yo controlo, es como cambiar el aspecto de mi personaje.

Actualmente, mi aspecto es el de un esqueleto, muy venezolano, de mi parte.

En verdad se parece mucho a mí ese personaje (como no sabía como ver mi personaje en tercera persona decidí controlar una silla para poder ver lo guapo que me veo.)

Quería pasar de ser un esqueleto a ser un velociraptor, esta apariencia la vi en las primeras páginas de la workshop y me encanto.

Antes de todo tengo que dar la aclaración de que soy fan de los dinosaurios, de verdad me encantan todos

Hasta mis amigos lo saben, hasta llegué a tener un juguete de un T-rex que era más o menos de 30 centímetros.

Volviendo al tema.

Quería ser un velociraptor, viéndose así el personaje in game.

Y viéndose así estando ya en el personaje.

Me gusto mucho como se vio y en este caso controle a una caja poder ver mi aspecto.

Lo siguiente por hacer es empezar a hacer, aparece las cosas que he descargado.

Animatrónicos Five Nights at Freddy's 4

Siendo lo primero por mostrar los animatrónicos de Five Nights at Freddy's 4, quise descargar esto por el hecho de que yo conocí este juego una vez que lo vi en YouTube en un mapa que simulaba ser un Five Nights at Freddy's en primera persona, esta idea me encanto tanto que cuando me descargue el juego lo primero que pensé fue en eso.

Decidí por la cuarta entrega de esta saga, ya que es cuando los animatrónicos dan más miedo y como se ven más geniales. Viéndose así in game.

Siendo mi favorito el aspecto de Foxy.

Todos en general se ven muy bien, un poco oscuros, pero con iluminación directa esto se arregla.

En este caso eran solo los modelos, pero podemos hacer que se muevan y podemos volvernos cualquiera de ellos.

En esta imagen podemos ver a Chica moviéndose.

Y en esta a Foxy moviéndose.

Obviamente en una imagen no pueden ver el movimiento, pero se entiende que se están moviendo hacia mí, ya que son agresivos y me matan de un grito

Como ya les comente antes, también los podemos controlar, teniendo su animación de movimientos y de ataque de cada animatrónicos.

Viéndonos así en tercera persona.

Sin más que comentar de los animatrónicos pasemos al siguiente mod.

Zorro de minecraft

No hay mucho que comentar, es una mascota que nos sigue para todos lados y se sienta, sin más.

Qué genial se ve.

Pero hablando de mods pequeños que no añaden mucho, miren este.

Arma que dispara Nyan cats

Es simplemente eso.

No diré más nada al respecto.

Ahora se viene lo mejor de todo.

Dinosaurios

Descargue varios mods que solo añaden dinosaurios, muchos están bien hechos y otros no tanto, por ejemplo.

Este Carnotauro se mueve y se ve increíble, me encanto todo de este dinosaurio, pero luego hay otro dinosaurio que están simplemente mal.

Este dinosaurio que por cierto ni sé cuál es, se movía muy mal como si fuera una imagen con movimiento, además es muy feo.

Luego hay otros casos, como el siguiente.

Este Brachiosaurus, se ve muy bien, pero no se movía ni un centímetro.

Es momento de ver el mejor dinosaurio de estos mods.

T-rex

Comenzando por el hecho de que se ve hermoso y tiene una movilidad muy fluida.

Algo que lo hace único es su animación de matarnos, que nos come.

Qué hermoso se ve viniendo hacia mí para matarme.

El único problema es cuando lo controlamos porque las cámaras, tanto la primera vista y la tercera vista.

La tercera vista se ve al t-rex, en la que el t-rex nos tapa bastante la vista y además que no podemos ver donde atacamos.

Y la primera vista que vemos desde dentro del dinosaurio, lo cual es feo e incómodo.

Y con esta explicación de como se siente controlar a un Tiranosaurio rex despediré este post, una manera un poco inusual de acabar un post, pero ya no tengo más que comentar al respecto.
