The 11th Moving Up Ceremony of Bankal National High School : Filipino Graduates , Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character, Highlighting Integrity, Resilience and Future .

Hello Bayanihive bloggers have a great day ! Just sharing our 11th moving up ceremony in our school , Bankal National High School, Division of Lapu-Lapu City .

Last March 30 , 2026 marks the end of school year 2025-2026 and we did our memorable moving up ceremony with 850 grade 10 completers .

This is not the end of their journey but this is the starting point of their new endeavours that they need to decide what strand suited to their potential and interest for senior high school.

Every year there are thousands of completers and thousands of graduates . There is an intense competition with regards to embarking a job . Good thing for them if they started to gain skill like welding , electrical , business management , carpentry , masonry , plumbing and some other in demand skills so that they have options if they have difficulties to land a job with their intended profession .
Latest statistical record in Philippines,it is 2.98% unemployment rate of the Philippine population which is roughly 2.96 million still without a job . This is quite alarming for new graduates where to find a job with thousands of applicants rushing to apply in a few offered positions . This is a huge challenge for the new thousands of graduates every year .

As of January 2026, the statistical underemployment rate in the Philippines is 13.2% which is roughly 6.3 million of the population seeking for another option just to land for a job .

We the teachers were doing our job to transfer our knowledge to the learners . Their achievements whatever they become is also our great pride and we will be happy to see them successful in life .
After the stressful job of moving up preparation , accommodating of visitors , completers and parents , the teachers were getting hungry and tired . We were lining up to take our lunch break just to replenish ourselves from fatigue and very tiresome paper works .
