Blogging on hive vs other platforms
Hello hivers, welcome back to my blog.
Truth be told, it is not easy to blog, whether on web.2 or web.3. You have to know how to create contents and if you don't have passion for blogging, you may just end quitting when the pressure attached to content creating comes. These days, we find bloggers everywhere because people now know that you can make money through blogging. You just need to know what exactly you want to blog about and when you find it, you are good to go.
I have blogged on hive and other platforms and I can state that it is way easier to grow on hive than any other platform. When it comes to monetization, hive seems to be easier and a lot better because unlike other web.2 platforms, you do not need to ha e a certain amount of followers or watch hours to get monetized. You can earn on your very first post whether or not you have followers. All you need to do is just to understand how the block chain works and start earning.
While on hive, there are so many ways to earn, it cannot be compared to other blogging platforms. For instance, you earn on your contents, delegation, staking and recently when you #thread. You can see that your earnings have spread on so many ways while on other platforms, it is just streamlined to your contents alone. If you like get 2million likes, it doesn't count at all. While likes is called upvotes, you earn from it here on #hive.
After comparing both hive and other blogging platforms, I will say that hive beats them all. A lot of persons I have talked to about hive finds it hard to believe that earning is that easy here on the block chain. It is practice earning for doing almost nothing. Imagine joining a curation trail and earning whether or not you make a post. You can decide not to be active for as long as you want and you can be rest assured that you are still earning in your absence.

Hive being a web3 social platform provides more rewards to the content creators than the other competing blockchain platforms. Web2 has the only advantage of mass adoption and networking of current users, but that will diminish in time and users will migrate to web3 as better platforms are developed with increased usability.

Hive is a platform that gives you endless opportunities. While it doesn't look at whether you are an influencer or not, it holds your hands from the first day you get on board. Unlike the web.2 platforms where you have to be ready to be an Influencer before you can think of earning.
