Let's spend a day together: LOH #88

Hello friends, it was a beautiful day indeed for me.

I woke up quite early. I had a bad dream and didn't feel sleepy anymore after I woke up. So I started with saying my prayers to set my day and take charge both spiritually and physically. Hubby isn't home so it was just I and my little princess. She usually wakes up early and then go back to sleep again till around 8am.

So I used the opportunity to clean the house. I swept the house and mopped. I haven't done this for some days now because I have been lazy and since its just I and my baby, we spend almost all day in the room together. But I felt the need to clean the house at least. I swept every room and mopped the floors. It took me about an hour to tidy up because in between, I was dancing to the songs I was playing whilst working.

After mopping and cleaning, I went over to wash some clothes. I usually wash everyday because I don't like keeping dirty clothes. But just like I said before, I was lazy this period. As I was about to start washing, my girl woke up and I had to halt and attend to her. I gave her a bath and got her dressed for the day. We played for a while and then around 10am, she slept off. That's her usual nap time.

I hurriedly did the laundry and had my bath after which I had my own breakfast and was set for the day. My mum called to say she was coming to visit I was so glad because at least she would baby sit while I dash off to the market to buy some things for the house. She came home at about 2pm. We chatted for some minutes and I ran off to the market. I was at the market when it started raining heavily. I thought of my daughter and how she would cope with her grandma alone. I put a call across and heard my baby crying. I had to enter the rain to get back home.
Well its expected as we are in the rainy season. I totally forgot to step out with my umbrella by the way. I came home and quickly made dinner.

Surprisingly, hubby came home just when I had finished cooking. He wasn't suppose to be back today but he decided to show up. I was happy he came home. He has been away for two weeks now because of work. And in this cold weather, I need my partner to cuddle me throughout the night.

He drove my mum back home. We all live in the same city but not very close to each other. While he was away, i gave my baby a hot bath and put her to sleep. When hubby came back, we had dinner together , watched some movies together and we went to bed. My day wasn't really stressful, after all I got my cuddling at the end of the day. A perfect way to end the day.
