Looks like I made the Top Ten List of HIVE power ups...
According to a post put out by @dalz, it looks like I was one of the Top Ten largest HIVE power ups within the past couple weeks.

That stat is a little misleading, however, as I have also had my account on power down since before the HF with STEEM took place, and I have mostly been powering up the HIVE that comes free with each power down.
That being said... I still have bought a large amount of HIVE over the past couple weeks:

No idea if HIVE will continue to drift lower or not in the near term, but I am hoping dropping below that $.10 number was enough to get people to put in a floor.

That is a good question. It was hard enough to bring people to steem, it will be even harder to bring people to hive, at least initially. I think we need to get hive on more exchanges and then people will naturally come that way if the token does well. Though we want to get the main hardforks done first before we try to get listed on more exchanges...
I think what we lacked in Steem is a full proof advertisement. I am not saying that we should advertise HIVE to the masses, but it should be advertised to the developer's community first that they can build literally anything on HIVE and that will make the first step towards large scale adoption.
It's 12 cents on coingecko, do you think a drop in price is coming? People have been buying it up real fast
Good question. I wish I knew... I am hoping it doesn't, but we shall see.
I rekon until the power downs on Steem have finished the price will fluctuate alot
I will wait for HIVE somewhere around 0.5-0.6 cents - maybe it will be there the bottom!

Haha that is a lofty goal at this point. Maybe if bitcoin (or steem) goes on a massive run here I will have those kinds of funds available to me.
Everyone has to have a goal... I've been saying Bitcoin will have a run after the reward halving... We just have to be patient...
