[SPN.ENG] Celtas, judíos, el Golem y Bleudewed / Celts, Jews, the Golem and Bleudewed

[The Celts, despite their apparent crudeness and savagery, as they were basically represented by the refined Romans, including the great Julius Caesar, were also a cultured people and above all, lovers of Nature. In fact, this was part of their most intimate and secret ceremonies and their cults always included the worship of natural environments, which for them were sacred, a circumstance that gave rise to numerous legends].

[I will not elaborate on this subject, which would be endless and from which publishers have been making huge profits for centuries, presenting them with all the force and magnetism that stories always exert. But I am very struck by one legend in particular, which oddly enough, at its base encourages the same tradition as that one starring the Jewish Rabbi Löew, in that mysterious 16th century Prague, whose Court was abuzz with alchemists , astrologers and necromancers in the service of the emperor: the creation of a being of clay, which they called Golem].

[And the Celtic legend to which I refer, relates the creation of a beautiful maiden, Bleudewed, using flowers instead of clay, which gives her, of course, a much more beautiful and undoubtedly poetic touch. The funny thing about the subject is that both, both the Golem, and the Bleudewed maiden had a brief and hazardous existence].
