# My SplinterStats until now. - Splinter Stats Season 57 Report Card

I continue with these reports of the best known game in the HIVE ecosystem. In this new season that started a few days ago I have finally decided on a divided strategy. I play until I earn a decent level, minimum Gold I. This ensures rewards at the end of the season and in some daily challenges. The rest of the days until the end of the season, about 6, 7 days, I rent all the cards.
The rent of all my cards in the game adds up to a total value of about 5,500 - 6,000 DEC per day. Multiplied by 6 days gives a total of about 33,000 - 36,000 DECs. That equates to around 158 euros at the current price of 0.0046 euro cents for each DEC token.
As you will see, it was not what I did in the previous season. Well, let's start with the analysis.

As can be seen last season I only reached Silver II. I was actually more focused on the card rental and didn't worry as much about the rewards.
And surely many will remember that the rewards were not very flashy until the arrival of the new editions of cards for reward only a few days ago.

The rewards, well what I had said before, very bad. Only 9 cards and 164 DEC tokens in total. This is why I dedicate myself more to renting cards instead of playing.

This is a good part of the report. In total I won, thanks to the card rent, 39 304 DEC which would be equivalent to approximately 159 euros at the current price. The truth is that it is not bad at all.

This is another part of the report that I also like. In total I have claimed more than 1000 SPS and have won 135 more tokens thanks to staking, which adds up to a total of 1175 SPS. That works out to roughly 228 euros at the current price of 0.19 euro cents per token. The value of this token has dropped a lot lately but ... what hasn't dropped in price in recent weeks?
As I said at the beginning, for this season that has just begun I have decided to change strategy. I am eager to do the next report to see how this change came out. I am already in the middle of the Gold II level. I hope tomorrow to be able to reach Gold I level and start renting my cards until the end of the season.

Completely agree that renting out is probably a better strategy right now, do be aware that it's the current league at the end of season that counts for the rewards. So even if you reach gold I but then rent out everything and drop you get less..
Maybe keep a little bit to have enough power to get the rewards
Yes, that's why I will stop renting many of my cards 2 days before the end of the season. I realized this at the end from the last season 😉 It was a surprise because before it didn't happen like that.
