The distribution patterns

Information was disseminated to all near by schools ( junior high schools) in Nsuta District to meet at Nsuta Presby Junior High school to be distributed to the candidates. The rest of the schools which are far away from the District capital, these candidates would receive their on the very Monday they are taking their papers before they enter the examination halls. The information was communicated to the Headteachers of various nearby schools through their Whatsapp platforms to inform their candidates and come along with RSA they use to document any inventories they receive in their schools. Most Headteacher who aren't in proximity to the District capital was was called on phones due to network challenges. Per the exact time given for the distribution of the mathematical sets was 12: 30 pm.

Arrival of students, Headteachers, MP, Assembly and other Education officers
As academic teacher of my school, I was charged by my Headteacher to lead our candidates to the center of the the distribution. I had a short meeting with my final year students (BECE Candidates) and addressed the reason for our departure to converge at Nsuta Presby Junior High School. The candidates were very excited 😊 upon hearing this information of going for free mathematical sets. We set off before 12pm so we arrived at exactly 12 o'clock GMT while waiting for the occasion. Quite a numbers of candidates from various schools have come with their Headteachers or Assistant Headteachers from various schools. The Exams coordinator from the District Education office, The Logistics officers, other Inspectory boards, the representatives of the District assembly were all here to grace the occasion. Shortly, we had our Member of Parliament arrived with her team members and one media man from Kesben Radio and Tv to telecast all the information that would be shared in this occasion.

IKe, the examination coordinator used this opportunity to give a piece of advice to candidates. From his speech, the candidates should clear from their minds and desist from any examination malpractices from time lapse Monday to Friday. Team of exams officials would be coming from Headquarters to monitor e everything that goes on in the examination centre. It better for candidate to reflect back what they have learned through their 3 year of passing through the Junior High levels. Candidates are also encourage to not panic on the external invigilators or the police officers would be sent to the centres.

Dozens of mathematical sets in these boxes to be distributed

Distribution of sample of mathematical sets by MP for the media to capture

Sample of mathematical sets were distributed by MP to some selected candidates for the media to capture and telecast on Tv and Radios. The rest would be distributed later by the Logistics officer and the Headteachers after receiving them. The school around were : Nsuta presby JHS, Anansu presby JHS, D/A JHS, Oxford Brooks JHS, Anglican JHS, Atwea JHS, Asuafu Salvation Army JHS, Jetiase D/A JHS, Bonkrong JHS. These are some of the schools around Nsuta area which received the mathematical sets. The candidates enrollment were submitted to the logistics officer, Mr. Derrick to record and know the number schools who have received their. Incase of auditing the SRA is there to capture that is why the Headteachers were asked to being along. But, the big challenge that all the Headteachers were discussion was that, once they document in the SRA, then the mathematical sets become the property of the school since anything that is recorded in the SRA must be in the school for the Auditing purpose. This means that after Candidates use them for the exams, the Headteachers must collect them and keep for the rest of the students to be used in the school. This raised a debate for the Headteachers and the logistics officer.
