Life impossibility has now become juicy || My Pride of fulfilling dream
That bold decision really saved my life today. It is sometime difficult to make a decision to take a step where you don't know your destination. No one even support you since since they thought you are building a cattle in the air. Due to the fact that there was no means to make impossibilities to be possible. But, I saw that life is all about determination, making effort to make something out of nothing. Having the mindset to do something where you do not have the actual tools to do it. Making courageous decision by risking your life to achieve something good.
To hit the nail right on the head, life was unbearable for me when my Dad and Mom have passed away. I was staying with my Auntie who happened to be hash on me among her children. Staying in village with no developments of roads, network, portable water and such stuff were really difficult for even someone to find your inward talent to come to your aid, since it would very difficult for you to be exposed.
The main work of the inhabitants were farming. So you may guess the kind of lifestyle I was going through. Only few affluent people were able to think about helping their wards to pursue education or finding good career opportunities for their wards. Even schooling at the basic level in that village wasn't conducive for teaching and learning, let to talk of getting best students. Obviously, most village schools have less teaching resources like laboratory, computer 🖥️ lab and other materials that support education.
Despite all these hardship conditions surrounding me, my biggest dream was to pursue my education to become a Doctor 💊 in future. Remember, if royals are there, the servants are not crowned to be kings or chiefs. If my Aunties biological children are there who would be first people to benefit from education? Definitely, they would be considered before me.
During those days, to get to secondary school was based on selection of students who pass all their subjects and the kind of secondary school selected. The candidates were to select 3 schools of their choice in line with the courses those secondary schools offer.
I missed admission to secondary school in my first year since I didn't get money to pay my bills. Every member of my family was not in support me pursuing my education, due to the mere fact that there was no money to pay my bills. But, there was nothing to change my decision, I was really determined and having positive intention that I could pursue my education to higher levels. So, my first year has ended and second year admissions was in the pipe line. In those days, when one misses school you have to look for your personal admission by going to the school passing all difficult means. One could even incur extra cost for missing the chance given. The institution has to consider all the new entrance before all those who are passing through the back door.
"But I did one strange thing which worked out like a magic 🪄✨ that even today I still wonder how it worked out....."
What was that thing?
"I just wrote a letter to the Head master of Gyamifi Kumanini Senior High school that I have passed all my subject but didn't get school last year, so he should consider me and give me admission."
There was no proper means to send through post due to where I was located so I had to deliver at the school premises.
After few weeks, on one faithful day, I was in the house when I was called to had gotten a visitor. Lol and behold, it was a messenger from the school I wrote the letter to delivering my admission letter that I have gotten the admission to that school. I was very surprised, while others were paying money at the backdoor before being admitted, I just had it without paying any penny.
The second thing I am always proud of myself is taking a bold step to find my admission fees while all the family turned their back to me, not even cherishing the decision I took to pursue my education. I determined to farm one year to get my fees. It happened perfectly as I planned. It is not easy for one to look after himself, especially when you are from poor background. But, I took the courage, determined and focused on my goals of becoming a Doctor in future.
Even though I didn't become a Doctor 💊 as I planned, due to difficulties of being enrolled and high cost of fees. But, I have reached a status that I am even proud of myself. I am now holding a Degree certificate that most people who come from good families are not having. Those two decision have strengthened me to have positive mindset in everything I lay my hands on. I see myself to reach a greater heights in life than what I see today. The sky is always my limit. I continue to push on in this life.
Sometimes it's difficult create something out of nothing, but determination and effort will lead and push you to reach that goal or target. I continue to rock on where most people say it's difficult. That's is how life is. Thanks for your attention!

something that we want to realize must come from hard work and effort. until the absence becomes an item or achievement that is very valuable in our lives. wish you more success in the future.
