Beat the Drums Slowly (A Complimentary Collage) | LMAC - Round No. 126
Hello LMAC members. I wanted to create a complimentary collage this week for my participation in LMAC contest, Round No. 126. Since I donated an additional gift to this round, I don't want to have an entry as well. However, I love creating collages and couldn't resist. @shaka provided the image below in his contest post for creating your collage. I liked the water element as well as the city vibe and rolling hills in the background.

My theme was to portray a ritual that's taking place. The dark angels are beating on the the platter that contains a frightening image of a face. The angel were contributed to the LMAC library by @eve66. I was happy to include it in my scene. The angel and others are gathered in the cave. You can tell some type of event is happening.
My approach to compiling all the elements I would need was to locate a unusual image as the center of my photo. I located a beautiful cave.

With an enhancement program, I was able to turn the cave into a unique lookout point. I named my collage "Beat the Drums Slowly". The name came to mind when I placed the feather in the angel's hand. I decided to keep the contest photo intact so the background could be seen by looking outward from the cave to the port city.

Hello. Been busy on other projects, so am behind on acknowledgements and engagement. Thanks so much for stopping by and viewing my theme. I appreciate your kind words and happy you like my creative collage efforts. I love the images you contributed to the LIL for different type of categories. I especially love the rock statute. You'll see it often as I transform it with filters.
