Focusing On the Wrong Concept | ZAPFIC MONDAY #40 | (8/1/22) - Prompt: team
It's Week #40 for the ZAPFIC Monday 240-character challenge. The prompt, "team" is a nice one to address. I wanted to expand on the concept of unity. That's the meaning of a collective group of people working for a common goal. The focus should be on the outcome.
Below is my story:
Upset at the interviewer, Nelson retorted, "it wasn't from my lack of effort we lost that game."
His wanted to focus on his stats.
The next day, his name was omitted from the roster.
Coach spoke: "Listen. We win as a team. We lose as a team."
