@psos
Challenge - Stay home, share 3 travel photos (day 19)

Just because we currently can't go out of our homes doesn't mean we can't enjoy life still. Why not relive those beautiful moments we spent with family, friends, hiking, camping, road trips, and whatever we did to live life to the fullest.

I know we all remember; and @psos is allowing us to relive those memories with three travel photographs of previous ventures. Let's remember the good times today.

The three travel photographs I choose for today are:

Kemah Boardwalk, Kemah, TX

The Boardwalk is a fun place for all, both young and old. Schools near Galveston take their students on field trips during the week. Teens especially love the Boardwalk. The most amazing part of the Boardwalk is the variety of menu items available at the different restaurants. Shopping on the Boardwalk and nearby enjoy tourists daily.

Tourists can choose to eat inside if inclement weather. But if the weather is nice and you like to eat outdoors, seating is available so that you can take advantage of the beautiful scenery overlooking Galveston Bay.

Mariners dock their boats about a block away from the Boardwalk. As you can see, they take their boats out not only for their pleasure, but to showcase them to tourists. The restaurants are located facing the Bay, so we sit outdoors and watch the boats as they cruise by.

Hope you enjoyed reliving my day at Kemah, TX with me.

Hi @brittandjosie. It's a sobering thing to watch someone representing a country who undoubtedly has no leadership capacity. Empathy doesn't reside in him; compassion doesn't either. It's a sad day for America as he egged on protestors to open the economy back up while withholding supplies needed to test those same protestors. The U.S. and the world will never be the same.

Yes, the Boardwalk is a lovely place to visit. Relaxing and watching the boats cruise through the Bay is calming. Can't wait to go back whenever the time is right and safe to do so.

That looks like an awesome place. I hope they have some good seafood. I have never been to Texas, only passed through the airport. One thing I noticed was that everyone was so tall LOL.
