My 2026 ZAPFIC250 Stories In Freewriters Community (April 1 - June 30)

This is a Curated Collection of posts that encompasses my efforts to create short story MicroFiction from April 1st through June 30th in the format of 250 words that I often tailor to address the Freewrite Community's daily prompts. The inspiration came from @felt.buzz of the Freewriters Community.

In my attempts to produce a short story, I utilize fiction and non-fiction topics I feel with fit with the proposed prompt for that day. I've been writing ZAPFIC250 stories for over four years.

My stories are varied, from action, to science fiction, to drama in an attempt to capture the essence of the prompts. This is a bit difficult to accomplish given the 250 word limit to create a setting, develop characters, and provide a compelling story line with suitable protagonists, antagonists, and resolutions.

Esta es una recopilación seleccionada de entradas que recoge mis esfuerzos por crear microrrelatos entre el 1 de abril y el 30 de junio, con un formato de 250 palabras que a menudo adapto para responder a los temas diarios de la comunidad Freewrite. La inspiración me la dio @felt.buzz, de la comunidad Freewriters.

En mis intentos por crear un relato breve, utilizo temas de ficción y no ficción que considero que encajan con el tema propuesto para ese día. Llevo más de cuatro años escribiendo relatos ZAPFIC250.

Mis relatos son variados, desde acción hasta ciencia ficción, pasando por el drama, en un intento por captar la esencia de los temas propuestos. Esto resulta un poco difícil de lograr, dado el límite de 250 palabras para crear un escenario, desarrollar personajes y ofrecer una trama convincente con protagonistas, antagonistas y desenlaces adecuados.
