I just recently figured out how to do it, especially the animation. I was in a bit of a rush trying to meet the deadline, so I didn't have time to include how I created the collage.

All you have to do is combine images together in your photo. Do you use Canva?
If so, it is an easy program to use to accomplish this. You upload photos and then add them to the background.

Then I use lunapics to upload a photo and add different types of filters.

Did you see my APPS post where I have other programs I use to create great photos? And I'm nowhere near as good as others who know how to manipulate photos. I don't use photoshop, so I have found other ways to accomplish it.
