Another week for the ZAPFIC Monday 240-character challenge. For this week's prompt, "opinion", I definitely decided to expand on an already familiar theme...that of the dissatisfied customer. Business should be keenly aware in today's internet information highway that their businesses reputation can be spread quickly if not favorable.

Below is my story:

Not immediately visible, Jaclyn stood ten minutes for access to the ladies' room.

Her meal cooled.

Her headache intensified.

Her patience waned.

The hostess' attitude was minor compared to the facility's condition.
