It's a great privilege to be here again to share with you a lucrative idea developed to start and grow a small business.

Today many persons will really complains on their parents for not bringing them to the world with a silver spoon, but that is not important here. As an entrepreneur, i believe we can change things and make them be the way we want them to be.

Among all the factors of production, entrepreneur is the most valuable, because it utilizes the other factors of production and brings out value from them.

An Entrepreneur is as old as man, this is because for you to start thinking on what, how, and for whom to do it, started from the beginning when Adam gave name to all the animals in the field and including Eve his wife.

As an entrepreneur you need some skills to be able change things and employ others. Now, all the qualities to grow and succeed in business is fully needed. You need to be able to manage people and a perfect communication with your staff. Note: Communications in every work place is very important because we can't move on with doing a perfect job without communication.

Many organizations has fallen not because they don't have cash but lakes adequate communication. We may say, communication is the transfer of information from one person, computer or device to another and the receiver must understand the information sent before we can consider it effective. Whenever communication is not understood by the receiver, we can say it was interrupted or ineffective. This is the major challenged while many businesses has closed down.

You can start your small business when you have the knowledge of "How, when, who, and for whom to do it. All this will help an entrepreneur to establish a business that will employ others too.

As an entrepreneur you need capital to start up a business but how to get this capital is the major problem. Many persons are not credit worthy to be given cash to run a business. This is because of the inability to repay the loan they collected some time ago. If you have a good paying back habit, this will boost your credit scores. This will help you to get loan to start up a small business which will help you grow.

5. From the government.
