A Prodigal's Speech (A come back lesson and encouragement)
A little story about Jokie and his discovery
Once upon a time, a boy called Jokie discovered a magical place in the woods, although there were so many magical places that were already known even by Jokie, this new place was different. Jokie was so carried away by this place's magic and wonderful creatures, all he wanted to learn was how to perform his own magic and become a creature just as magnificent as the creatures he saw.
Jokie tried so had to fit into his new world, but the fact remains that he is still human, and could not perform magic or become like one of the creatures. It was really a sad realisation to accept, and in reaction, Jokie was so depressed and left the magical place. But before Jokie left the place he had already made friends with some creatures who think he's funny, they will always laugh at the way he tries to learn magic and what he says, these creatures were sad of Jokie's departure.
On a calm night, after two days of Jokie's departure, Jokie was in his room, close to his window, looking outside with a dull face and experiencing lots of boredom, an old creature came to him by the window, this is the same creature that attempted to teach him magic.
Jokie was surprised to see the old creature, and asked, "Why have you come here, go away it's not possible for me to learn magic or even be like you, so just go".
The creature replied, "I know you must feel really sad after all that has happened, you have tried so hard to learn magic, even harder than some of the rest creatures, but you couldn't get any result in the end, I understand your pain. But you must not feel so sad about it, even I myself has experienced same thing".
Jokie immediately cut in, "same thing, but how? You are a magical creature with great magic ability and skill". The creature answered, "Jokie, you are not the only one who has discovered a new world, I myself at a time discovered your world you see, it was a long time ago, but I couldn't keep up with the vast knowledge of your world. I was so sad, but then I realized that I didn't need to learn so vast a knowledge, when I knew something that none of the creatures (humans) in your world knew, 'Magic'.. so then I used my magic to contribute to your world's civilization in my own little way.
Well that's a long time ago, but now it's your turn to use your own magic, and that magic is one that no other creature in the magical world can do, come back, and make us laugh again, Jokie, we have missed you this much just in two days, your friends have missed you.
After speaking with the creature, Jokie realized that he is infact a creature just like the other magic creatures with his own unique magic, so then he went back to his friends in wonderland.
Jokie excelled so much in telling jokes and acting like a clown, and made all creatures happy including humans who are around him. Untill he went to heaven🤪😜, Jokie lived all his life, happy with his newly found magic.
Now for the main business
Few, if not most of you must have already know me, Justin of the Ahama clan👍😎. I joined Hive months ago, and was a little bit active, especially in making posts, and then I stopped.. but then am here again after some months, like almost a year🙄.
Yes, this is an apology post for stopping, although I can't guarantee that I will not stop again, the least I could do is apologize and continue from were I stopped.
Why did I stop?
This is the essence of the story I had written above, a totally original story, inspired by my incompetence. Just like Jokie discovered a magical place with amazing creatures in it, I discovered Hive with amazing people in it, and although there were other platforms (magical places) discovered, I settled for Hive, because it was different from negative✌️.
I could be a very unsociable person sometimes, so when I joined Hive, I couldn't fit in to the social standards, no matter how hard I try, so I left. However, some, if not all of the post I've written, were encouraged by my followers and some persons from the community I made the post to. So speaking of the fact that I left, I would only think of these people's hope in me.
Why I came back
But I'm here now, because of the efforts of my two sisters: @hopestylist and @merit.ahama . They have really made efforts to see that I come back, you see, this is how family should be; encourage one another to stay strong, do the right thing and do the best to stay alive.
There is only few that I can say: please forgive me, even though you haven't missed me a bit😔, find it in your heart to forgive me, because there would have been so much that you could have benefited from me in these past months.
Alright, that been said, I would want you to understand my little story written above, very well and see if there is someone you know who is the Jokie type. If there is some one, please do your best to be the old creature and encourage Jokie to come back to wonderland. Peace✌️.
