πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘§ Vegan Family = πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ No Cat Food = πŸ§›β€β™€οΈ Serial Killer Kitty

I still don't understand why ChairWoman Meow uses our house as her primary basecamp despite us not having any fish or cat food to offer her.

πŸ… Miracle Powers 🐯

Β  Β  Β I've already mentioned before in previous posts, but this kitty entered our lives just after she was weaned and her mother and siblings all got shredded by village dogs. From the very beginning she's needed to be a survivor, and it was a blessing that she randomly pranced into our house one day, rolling the dice on the vegan family next door. I read somewhere online too that pound for pound, kitties are stronger and more agile than tigers.

Β  Β  Β I still say the she is not our cat and that we are her humans because she chose us. For this reason the window or door is always open, and sometimes she leaves us for up to a half a day, but for whatever reason always returns to protect and sleep with us at night. In the above shot I caught her doing what she does best, going in for a kill, a little blurry, but it's nearly impossible to be in the right place at the right time. I taught her how to catch her own food in the form of butterflies, lizards, geckos, crickets, cicadas, mice, spiders, and other living snacks that are abundant here.

Β  Β  Β I'm not sure what we'd do if we lived in a city or urban area, a cat couldn't survive from hunting alone in a place like that. Luckily our wakes up at 2am and launches out the window to take souls. She does occasionally entertain us by eating some boiled corn and seaweed, but for the most part she turns her back to us while we eat our disgusting vegan dinners.

Β  Β  Β Part communist dictator, part serial killer, but she is the sweetest and smartest kitty I've known, thank natural selection for that I guess. I can't believe how gracefully she blends the cozy life of an indoor cat with the life of a feral wildcat, this little comrade kitty is my furry homie. There's already a few instances where I've seen her stand up to and fend off the dogs that likely killed her mom and siblings, she's growing up fierce and fast.

πŸ•·οΈ Spider Snack πŸ•ΈοΈ

Β  Β  Β Several times I find her snacking on something partially alive. On this day she harvested a spider while I was busy preparing lunch. When she smells vegan food cooking she knows it's time to find something else to eat, and I enjoy watching her make use put her innate skills into action.

Β  Β  Β My family would still rather buy her bags of cat food because they find it quite tough to listen to the crunching of lizard skulls and cicada heads, and even sometimes I have to shut door and let her know she can catch dinner in the house but she can't bring outside kills in. Indoor kills are indoor meals and outdoor kills are usually bigger and messier, so therefore should be outdoor meals, I think that's fair, sorry Meow.

Β  Β  Β Sometimes her PTSD sets in and she has dog attack flashbacks, even in the middle of enjoying a little spider sushimi. No need to worry though, a spider can be caught, dispatched, prepared, and consumed all within the span of a minute. In the background lies a jar of nutritional yeast, one of the few vegan foods she thoroughly enjoys, probably not as much as spider legs though. I've seen this cat refuse grilled pork and then catch a giant cricket for dinner, guess what you're raised on are your comfort foods.

Chairwoman Meow learn to love you all, who welcome her on her lowest. I'm sure for her, you are all her family.

Anyways, she knows how to get her own foods, all cat should be like that but why ours are all a spoiled brat, lol. They don't even catch anything anymore in the house and jusy wait for the meal time (≧▽≦)

Haha, funny isn't it. I was always told by friends that a cat without food will leave its human, but I guess the ChairWoman defied those odds and chose to stay with us regardless. Right now we have in-laws staying with us that aren't vegan, and Meow's hunting skills have already suffered due to the abundance of fish parts.

ChairWoman Meow sounds like a remarkable and resilient feline companion! It's amazing how she transitioned from being a survivor in the wild to a cozy home with your family. Her hunting skills are indeed impressive, and it's heartwarming to see the bond you share with her.

I found it quite amusing when you mentioned her reaction to your "disgusting vegan dinners." It's clear that she's a cat who knows what she likes and isn't afraid to hunt for it herself. And it's interesting that she enjoys nutritional yeast; that's not something you'd expect from a cat.

It's also touching to hear that she defends your home and stands up to potential threats. She's truly become part of your family, providing her unique brand of protection and entertainment. Thanks for sharing these endearing stories about ChairWoman Meow! 😺🐾

She sure is, a true survivor with super instincts and a lot of wit. I am surprised that she does enjoy some vegan foods, nutritional yeast definitely a big surprise, boiled corn too, that one was shocking. Hopefully with enough love and an all-you-can-eat-buffet in the tall grass, Meow will continue to thrive and claim lizard souls.

It's great to hear that ChairWoman Meow continues to thrive and enjoy a variety of foods, both vegan and her wild catches. Her adaptability and resilience are truly remarkable. It's clear that she's found a loving and supportive home with your family. I hope she continues to flourish and, as you put it, claim more lizard souls in her unique way. 😺🐾

I think with the right election team she could beat both Biden and Trump, she's certainly got more wit and flexibility.
