Creo que una de las cosas más importantes a la hora de hablar de este tema es sin duda, la organización... la planificación, la estrategia en pro de una meta u objetivo.

Personalmente me pasaba que no solía entender el valor y la importancia que había en la organización de mis finanzas, por lo que terminaba impresionaba por la bola de nieve que se creaba luego de un sinfín de gastos hormiga que en el momento no "significaban nada".

Personally, it happened to me that I didn't usually understand the value and importance of organizing my finances, so I ended up being impressed by the snowball that was created after endless expenses that at the time didn't "mean anything." .

El valor del dinero siempre ha sido algo clave en mi vida, entendía la importancia del mismo y comprendía lo que significaba lograr obtenerlo, sin embargo, en cuanto a cómo organizarme para lograr manejarlo de forma óptima, me perdía un poquito.

The value of money has always been something key in my life, I understood its importance and I understood what it meant to be able to obtain it, however, in terms of how to organize myself to manage it optimally, I was a little lost.

Pero en el momento en que realmente comprendí lo que la organización podía hacer por mí, todo cambió.

Decidí comenzar a llevar un registro, en este registro mantengo de forma estructurada mis ganancias (divididas por fuentes de ingreso), mis gastos (compras y pagos de servicios de streaming), deudas o préstamos y dinero disponible para la fecha, en efectivo, moneda nacional y variaciones.

I decided to start keeping a record, in this record I keep in a structured way my earnings (divided by sources of income), my expenses (purchases and payments for streaming services), debts or loans and money available for the date, in cash, currency national and variations.

Gracias a esto he podido reducir de forma óptima los gastos innecesarios, pienso 2 veces antes de hacer una compra poco favorable y evaluo los beneficios que esa compra me brindaría, es decir, si sería un beneficio del momento o un beneficio de mayor duración.

Thanks to this I have been able to optimally reduce unnecessary expenses, I think twice before making an unfavorable purchase and evaluate the benefits that this purchase would bring me, that is, whether it would be a benefit of the moment or a benefit of longer duration.

¿Otra cosa que me ha ayudado a manejar mis finanzas es algo llamado sistema de sobres, en que consiste el sistema de sobres? Esto se trata de distribuir nuestras ganancias de forma estratégica para cosas específicas, por ejemplo, la persona que quiere viajar, crea un sobre con título "viaje" y establece un porcentaje de sus ganancias fijas o variables para destinar de forma constante dinero a ese sobre, y ojo, lo que está en ese sobre es para eso, no para algo más.

Another thing that has helped me manage my finances is something called the envelope system, what is the envelope system? This is about distributing our profits strategically for specific things, for example, the person who wants to travel creates an envelope with the title "trip" and establishes a percentage of their fixed or variable profits to constantly allocate money to that envelope. , and be careful, what is in that envelope is for that, not for something else.

Hay personas que crean un fondo de ahorro para emergencias o imprevistos, pero lo intencionan de forma fatalista jeje, particularmente no me gusta verlo de esa forma porque siento que cuando las personas lo distribuyen de esa forma se condicionan a que de alguna forma suceda una emergencia o un imprevisto (el carro, la casa, salud, etc), prefiero ponerlo como: Ahorro, y ya.

There are people who create a savings fund for emergencies or unforeseen events, but they intend it in a fatalistic way hehe, I don't particularly like to see it that way because I feel that when people distribute it that way they condition themselves to an emergency happening in some way. or an unforeseen event (the car, the house, health, etc.), I prefer to put it as: Savings, and that's it.

La organización de mis finanzas con mi método me ha permitido cambiar de computadora, comprar ropa, comida, materiales para trabajar, costear salidas, y muchas cositas más gracias a Dios.

Organizing my finances with my method has allowed me to change computers, buy clothes, food, materials to work with, pay for outings, and many more things, thank God.

Honestamente el sistema de sobres, funciona perfecto para lograr ahorros específicos con una distribución adecuada, así que se los recomiendo con toda la confianza del mundo si quieren ahorrar para un viaje, para una compra o una salida, para lo que quieran, lo importante es definir nuestros objetivos y saber que, aunque ese dinero esté "disponible" en un sobre, no se deberá caer en la tentación de usarlo fuera de propósito.

Honestly, the envelope system works perfectly to achieve specific savings with adequate distribution, so I recommend it with all the confidence in the world if you want to save for a trip, for a purchase or an outing, for whatever you want, the important thing is define our objectives and know that, although that money is "available" in an envelope, we should not fall into the temptation of using it outside of its purpose.
