Si bien el amor es asombroso en todas sus formas no es sino hasta hace apenas un par de años que las personas empezaron a notar las diferentes formas del amor.

While love is amazing in all its forms, it wasn't until just a couple of years ago that people began to notice the different forms of love.

No pude evitar querer entrar en este tema porque me parece algo tan bonito que merece ser hablado y compartido, así que, hablemos de los 5 lenguajes del amor 💫

I couldn't help but want to get into this topic because it seems like something so beautiful that it deserves to be talked about and shared, so, let's talk about the 5 languages of love 💫

Aunque siempre hablamos del amor y demás, se han hecho alguna vez la pregunta: ¿cómo yo amo? 🌱 yo no me lo había preguntado, y una vez que lo hice dije: wow... si, es así. ¿Pero cuáles son estos lenguajes? Vamos a ello.

❤️ Palabras de afirmación/ Words of affirmation:

Si a las plantitas las palabras lindas les hacen florecer imaginen entonces el efecto tan enorme y positivo que tienen en un ser humano. Las palabras quedan en la mente cuando se les tiene atención, entonces, ¿que hacen las palabras de afirmación en el otro?

Las frases de animo y aliento "Tu puedes, confió en ti, eres genial...", la de afecto "Te amo, eres una persona asombrosa, que lindo x o y que dijiste o hiciste", en realidad todas las palabras o frases que se encarguen de hacer a otra persona sentir bien son esas palabras de afirmación que tienen el sello del amor por todos lados.

Yo soy una persona de palabras de afirmación, me paso el día diciendo a mi mamá lo hermosa y valiosa que es, a mi hermana lo talentosa y divertida que es, a mi papá le recalco una y otra vez que es mi equipo... en serio disfruto de estar diciéndole cosas lindas a mi familia o amigos, tengo claro el efecto positivo que tiene así que me gusta.

I am a person of words of affirmation, I spend the day telling my mother how beautiful and valuable she is, my sister how talented and fun she is, I emphasize to my father over and over again that he is my team... I seriously enjoy saying nice things to my family or friends, I am clear about the positive effect it has so I like it.

❤️ Tiempo de calidad/ Quality time

No hay nada más valioso en el mundo que el tiempo, es limitado y no sabemos cuanto tendremos de el, por lo cual, cada día resulta ser un verdadero regalo. En ocasiones al perderse en la rutina de la sociedad actual muchas personas pierden de vista el reloj silencioso que tenemos con el mundo, y dejan de lado las cosas más importantes que existen, los seres queridos.

There is nothing more valuable in the world than time, it is limited and we do not know how much we will have of it, which is why every day turns out to be a true gift. Sometimes, by getting lost in the routine of today's society, many people lose sight of the silent clock that we have with the world, and they leave aside the most important things that exist, their loved ones.

¿Si el tiempo es limitado, compartirlo y disfrutarlo con las personas que amamos no es lo mejor que podemos hacer?

If time is limited, isn't sharing and enjoying it with the people we love the best thing we can do?

A mi me encanta sentarme a conversar, dejar el tlf de lado y la rutina y entrar de lleno en poder disfrutar de las personas con las que estoy. Yo todas las tardes de forma religiosa me siento en el porche de mi casa a comer un postre y conversar con mi mamá y mi hermana, es ley.

I love sitting down to talk, leaving the phone and routine aside and fully enjoying the people I'm with. Every afternoon I religiously sit on the porch of my house to eat dessert and talk with my mother and my sister, it is the law.

❤️ Regalos/ Gifts

Alejándonos del hecho de tener que dar un detalle carísimo por compromiso, dar regalos honestos en donde has dedicado tiempo para pensar en lo que le puede gustar a otro es una de las cosas más bonitas que se pueden hacer.

Moving away from the fact of having to give a very expensive detail out of commitment, giving honest gifts where you have dedicated time to think about what someone else might like is one of the most beautiful things you can do.

Aunque se cree que es tonto o innecesario, dar regalos es de las formas más bonitas que tenemos para decirle a otro: "oye, escuché lo que dijiste el otro día y pensé en que esto te gustaría".

Although it is thought to be silly or unnecessary, giving gifts is one of the nicest ways we have to say to another: "Hey, I heard what you said the other day and I thought you might like this."

Yo paso días pensando antes de hacerle un regalo a alguien, pienso cada detalle, ¿sería algo que usaría?, ¿le gustarían los colores?, ¿necesita esto?, ¿se sentiría cómodo recibiendo esto?, ¿lo podrá disfrutar?, es mucho más de lo que se cree, cuando tu lenguaje de amor es dar regalos, la cosa va más allá de agarrar un producto de un lugar y ponerle una cinta.

I spend days thinking before giving someone a gift, I think about every detail, would it be something they would use? Would they like the colors? Do they need this? Would they feel comfortable receiving this? Will they enjoy it? Much more than you think, when your love language is giving gifts, it goes beyond grabbing a product from a place and putting a ribbon on it.

Se regala valor, tiempo y dedicación, no solo el objeto.

Value, time and dedication are given, not just the object.

Yo amo ser doña regalona, cuando hago regalos realmente trato de dedicarle toda mi atención para que la persona que reciba el regalo lo pueda disfrutar.

I love being a gift giver, when I give gifts I really try to dedicate all my attention so that the person receiving the gift can enjoy it.

❤️ Actos de servicio/ Acts of service

Atender y ayudar, bendito sea este lenguaje del amor, aquí divides la obligación de la intención y aunque parezca tonto, esta es una de las formas disimuladas más bonitas de mostrar amor, prepararle el desayuno a alguien que quieres mucho, guardar las cosas tiradas o tener la casa en orden, ofrecer tu ayuda si ves que alguien está demasiado atareado (aunque no sepas que tienes que hacer 🤣 ), ayudar con cualquier cosa que puedas por gusto y no por obligación.

❤️ Contacto físico/ Physical contact

Yo soy un pegoste andante, bien lo dice mi familia, y no lo niego JAJAJA... los abrazos y demás son otra forma de amar, yo amo los abrazos, siento que me recargan de energía (y está dicho por médicos, en serio una dosis de abrazos al día ayudan a mantener la salud), a mi me abraza mi familia y me siento super segura y tranquila.

Otra cosa que suelo hacer es acariciar la carita de las personas que quiero o abrazándoles un brazo o una pierna, me pueden encontrar fácilmente jugando con los cachetes de mi mami o dandole un besito en la frente a mi hermana, o un gran abrazo de oso a mi papá.
