La vida es lo que pasa cuando nosotros hacemos planes 🤣 Han sido días algo locos pero llenos de cosas maravillosas, así que, que mejor forma de darle la bienvenida a este día que contándoles un poco sobre cómo han ido las cosas.

Life is what happens when we make plans 🤣 They have been some crazy days but full of wonderful things, so what better way to welcome this day than by telling you a little about how things have gone.

Este año mi familia y yo nos propusimos salir a comer 1 vez al mes fuera (un lugar diferente cada vez para cambiar la dinámica en casa), lo cual es una gran idea porque han abierto un montón de locales super lindos jajaja.

This year my family and I decided to go out to eat once a month (a different place each time to change the dynamic at home), which is a great idea because they have opened a lot of super cute places hahaha.

La semana pasada fué mi cumple así que compramos hamburguesas en un lugar conocido de la ciudad, estaban super ricas, cada hamburguesa salió en 7.5$ y las papas salieron en 2$ cada ración, honestamente, sabían a las papas de McDonald’s, así que se imaginaran lo ricas que estaban 🥰 Algo que también me gusta de ese local es como trabajan en brandear todos sus productos, le dá un toque más atractivo a su marca y queda genial.

Last week was my birthday so we bought hamburgers at a well-known place in the city, they were super delicious, each hamburger was $7.5 and the fries were $2 each serving, honestly, they tasted like McDonald's fries, so I You can imagine how delicious they were 🥰 Something I also like about that place is how they work on branding all their products, it gives a more attractive touch to their brand and it looks great.

El viernes mi mami y yo estuvimos haciendo muchas diligencias, y cuando íbamos de camino a casa solo pensábamos en lo cansón de tener que sacar a descongelar algo y esperar 1 hra a que estuviera todo listo para luego cocinar, así que le preguntamos a una tía por un lugar para comer arroz chino y decidimos pasar a comprarlo.

On Friday my mom and I were doing a lot of errands, and when we were on the way home we only thought about how tiring it was to have to take something out to defrost and wait 1 hour for everything to be ready and then cook, so we asked an aunt for a place to eat Chinese rice and we decided to stop by and buy it.

El arroz tuvo un costo de 6$ cada uno, venían con salsa de soya, salsa agridulce, y pancitos chinos, todo super calientito y recién hecho.

The rice cost $6 each, they came with soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and Chinese buns, all super warm and freshly made.

El sitio estaba super lindo y ordenado, pedimos nuestro arroz con camarones, y nos fuimos a nuestra casita ❤️ el carro olía divino, yo iba emocionada lista para comer jajaja

The place was super nice and tidy, we ordered our rice with shrimp, and we went to our little house ❤️ the car smelled divine, I was excited ready to eat hahaha

Ayer me senté y disfruté un episodio de "En defensa propia" un podcast de Erika de la Vega que es asombroso por tus temas de reinvención y crecimiento personal, el episodió fue con una chef increíble que es una de las solo 5 mujeres chef dueñas de restaurantes en las vegas y me encantó la forma en como hablaron de aterrizar proyectos, sobresalir en el campo donde suele ser más visible el trabajo de un hombre y perseguir metas grandes, se los recomiendo.

Yesterday I sat down and enjoyed an episode of "In Self Defense" a podcast by Erika de la Vega that is amazing for its themes of reinvention and personal growth, the episode was with an incredible chef who is one of only 5 female chefs who own restaurants in Las Vegas and I loved the way they talked about landing projects, standing out in the field where a man's work is usually most visible and pursuing big goals, I recommend it.

Planté unos girasoles nuevos en casa y me encanta lo rápido que están creciendo, les tomé una fotito cuando comenzaron a germinar, la foto quedó super linda, se las comparto.

I planted some new sunflowers at home and I love how fast they are growing, I took a photo of them when they started to germinate, the photo was super cute, I'm sharing them with you.

Hoy mi post no será tan largo creo, pero de igual forma quería compartir un poco de lo que ha sucedido en estos días, me gusta estar siendo más constante con mis publicaciones, disfruto cada día escribir un artículo diferente y más de participar de las iniciativas asombrosas que trae cada comunidad.

Today my post will not be so long I think, but I also wanted to share a little of what has happened these days, I like to be more constant with my publications, I enjoy writing a different article every day and more about participating in the initiatives amazing things that each community brings.
