My First Hand Hive Experience That Helped Me

Hello friends, I welcome you all to my blog. I will be sharing my first-hand experience that helped me scale through Hive and made it a fun place for me. This helped me not to give up as easily as most newbies do after a few weeks of joining Hive.

The first and most important tip I will be sharing with newbies is consistency. This is a prerequisite to your growth on Hive. You can't grow on Hive when you are not seen. You need to be consistently publishing quality content. Not just writing for the sake of it but knowing so with passion and efforts knowing that you have a goal and purpose to achieve.

The second important tip is to engage and build relationships on Hive. I learned to do a lot of things and navigate my way here through friends I met here on Hive. They are so kind and patient and would take you through the steps needed for you to improve. You need to be teachable and humble to benefit from this.

Another tip is to join any physical Hive meet-up in your area if any exists. This was helpful as we had face-to-face conversations where questions were treated and issues resolved. Such meetups like the one held by @beauty197 when I newly joined Hive was truly helpful and helped me get to where I am today.

Lastly, you should have goals as a newbie. Set a goal and work towards it. You can start with something easy to achieve. It could be a writing goal, savings goal, staking goal, commenting and exploring Hive.

Hive is a beautiful place and I don't regret one bit learning about it. Infact I wish I knew about Hive earlier but I'm grateful for where I am now on Hive, it's a growth process and it's continuous, I just need to keep building good relationships, reputation and my consistency on Hive.

So dear newbies, don't give up. Now it's even easier with the microblogging interface like @waves @thread @snapie, which makes Hive even more fun, interesting, and engaging.
