The story so far...

For weeks and weeks, the lowly, talentless Busker performed his tunes to the best of his abilities, busking without a permit for the longest time before crowds of drunk people encouraged him to perform at the local pub every so often. He rather enjoyed the pub nights -- there were no policemen patrolling the venue to chase him away as they did on the streets.

Soon a talented chef by the name of Dan started serenading the suburb and the lowly Busker watched as hundreds of people cheered and sang along to the man's catchy songs. After befriending the young lad, the magic of Buskeria allowed the two to merge and became one. Finally, the Busker had some talent with which to entice the people.

The Busker-Chef's fame very quickly rose after that fateful day. It wasn't long before they had a bonafide license to busk and were asked to headline several Saturday night shows. Their star was truly on the rise.

After several successful shows, the Busker-Chef was invited to the local radio station for several interviews and studio recordings, and that is where the beautiful Star Child first heard their sound. Intrigued, she attended one of their Saturday Night shows and was so enamoured with them that she went to greet them after the show had finished. This wasn't a pleasantry, oh no; Star Child often did this. She greeted the Busker-Chef with a warm smile, and with a clap of her hands and a great flash, she merged with the duo and took their talent into herself.

There was no longer any Busker, Chef, or Busker-Chef... there was only the highly talented Star Child and that was how it would be forevermore.

It's been a month! It feels like longer than that. But I suppose that is the way of the ~idle game~. They feel like a lifetime. 😅

I need to come up with a new story for the esteemed Star Child now that the Busker's has ended; that'll start in the next update I do. 🙂 In the meantime, my Rising Star career has been pretty good since my last update!

I received this epic from one of the card packs I bought!

And then, instead of spending HIVE on a few more packs and risking getting far too many fans, I decided to just outright buy some cards from NFTMart to increase my skill. I didn't buy any skill-up cards, that seemed like a complete waste of HIVE when I could simply buy a few musicians with outstanding skill, for much, much cheaper. And they are up there in the above image too! 😁

Last time I wrote an update, I noted that I'd need a table to track my missions instead of screenshots, so, ta-daaaaa.
