Let's Play the Sims 3 ~ part four of the Kael Dynasty

In part three of this Sims Story, the matriarch of the Kael family pushed all commitments aside as she became the newfound parent of an adopted puppy. She had also gotten married and expanded her house, but... the puppy.

The puppy was love, the puppy was life.

The days passed by in a blur.

Alexandria was attached to her new puppy, and Connor painted and painted and slowly improved his craft. One day he would paint the most perfect portrait of his beloved wife, he just knew it. One morning she told him that she was pregnant.

Never one for the right words at the right time, he simply gave her the thumbs up.

"Cool," he said.

While renovations were ongoing to prepare for their upcoming child, Connor continued to paint. He was transfixed by the motion of painting. He had wanted to be a best selling author for so long but now all he wanted to do was paint and paint and paint some more.

He finished the portrait of Alexandria... and then felt compelled to keep painting.

Alexandria didn't even notice the new portrait hanging on the wall. She was too busy smooching the puppy. She loved Taffy's little footsies, and her cute little nose, and her floppy little ears just so, so much.

Nothing else mattered!

Screenshot-141.jpg

...until it did.

"Call an ambulance!" she screamed at Connor. But Connor wasn't home; he was at work.

She ran for the phone and tried to call an ambulance herself.

Screenshot-144.jpg

Unfortunately, in Sunset Valley there are no such things as ambulances. Alexandria called the taxi service and took the nearest one to the hospital.

"Drive faster," she screeched. "This is an emergency!"

Thankfully the driver was timely and got her there without much backseat-abuse.

Screenshot-147.jpg

Alexandria and Connor soon became the proud parents of Jonathon. As first-born to Alexandria he would become her heir, destined to become the next main character of the great Kael Dynasty Story... providing he inherited her pale blue eyes.

Unfortunately we won't know if he inherited those eyes until he becomes a child.

As Alexandria snuggled him and played with him she thought to herself, "Hmm. Better have another child just in case."

Screenshot-154.jpg

She hopped into her night clothes and sashayed into the kitchen to seduce her husband for round two. Unfortunately, Connor was terrible at flirting.

"Your teeth are... uh... very white," he said.

Alexandria rolled her eyes and even Taffy fell to the ground in shock at the terrible compliment.

"Just take me to the bedroom, you bearded fairy!"

Screenshot-169.jpg

Soon Alexandria was pregnant again and Connor returned to his painting.

He was mildly miffed at his lovely wife's change in attitude and decided to re-paint her portrait, but this time put his own flair on it.

It was much better.

She hadn't even noticed the first portrait; she was unlikely to notice this one either. He rubbed his hands together and cackled with glee.

Screenshot-173.jpg

Before long it was Jonathon's birthday and Alexandria invited the entire town to celebrate! And then wished she didn't as half of them evidently hadn't showered in days.

Bella Goth, rumoured to be the most beautiful woman in town, was particularly off-putting. So off-putting she literally had green gas emanating from her otherwise perfect body.

Alexandria's journalistic tendencies kicked in and she made note to write an article about this later.

Screenshot-176.jpg

As is the way in the Sims, while everyone was dancing and eating and partying it up Alexandria placed the baby Jonathon onto the floor and prayed really hard.

"Grow up, baby. Grow up," she chanted.

Screenshot-182.jpg

And grow up he did!

Alexandria grabbed the newly-grown Jonathon and stared into his eyes. It was still impossible to tell if he had her beautiful eyes or not. They looked light, but were they the blue that designated his place as her heir? She couldn't quite tell. Not yet.

Without care for the guests partying in her home, she sat with Jonathon in the middle of the floor and began to read to him. Even if he was not going to be her heir, he should be well-read right from the start, she decided.

Screenshot-190.jpg

Soon after the party ended and everyone was asleep, zombies crawled their way out of the ground and surrounded the Kael Home.

It was a sign that did not bode well for the future. Jonathon's growing up seemed... apocalyptic.

Screenshot-197.jpg

The next morning before Alexandria could even sit on the couch and watch her colleagues on the local News channel, pain shot through her body and she keeled over.

"Connor!" she screamed. "It's happening again!"

They desperately called a taxi and raced to the hospital, once more arriving in the nick of time. A few hours later and she had another young boy they named Robert.

"Please let one of my children have my light blue eyes," Alexandria pleaded to the heavens. "I can't have any more babies. I need to go back to work and journalise all the gossip! Bella Goth's stench must be told!"

Screenshot-222.jpg

In all the hubbub, it seemed that Taffy had grown up too. Whilst Connor was brushing her soft, lovely fur, she gazed up at him with her puppy-dog eyes and whimpered.

"I think my bed is too small."

Until next time! 🐶🐕

It's been a long while since I last played Sims. Nice memories!

I get this urge to play every now and then. 🙂 Usually I'm thwarted by the game itself because it decides to crash or have problems! So I'm not expecting this to last very long. 😅

I have played every sims game, but not Sims 3! But this story is insane, haha :D Would be fun with a game pack with zombies tho!

Thank you for sharing! :D So much fun!

Ohhh, Sims 3 is my favourite out of all of the Sims games! I love it's open world and constantly evolving story as all the people in town live their lives and interact with your chosen family.

The zombies are a bit annoying though haha! These ones that crawl out of the ground during a full moon are vegetarian zombies and if you have a garden that's not fenced, they'll get into it and eat all of your plants. If you're a scientist you can also create another zombie strain and infect the town and that zombie strain is more stereotypical and bad. (but you can also cure them if that happens) 😁

Hahaha vegetarian zombies! 😂 The Sims 4 have actually one kind of a zombie in the Strangerville gaming pack, but they aren't dangerous that they will eat you or anything. They are just infected and look and act weird. Hope for a Zombie game pack one day! Haha

I actually installed Sims 3 at first, because I loved the thought of it's open world. When I got Sims 4 I got kind of disappointed at first, but after playing a while I didn't regret getting it at all!

I sadly never got over the disappointment when it comes to the Sims 4. 😔 I really wanted to like it and I've bought quite a few packs for it, but none of it really helps. I love the graphics, sim creation, the community library, and the new AI of the Sims!! But I just love the open world and the freedom it provides so much more. 😅
