World of Warcraft ~ my Dragonflight progress report

In my last World of Warcraft post — a whole two weeks ago now! — I wrote about starting the Path of Progression, and I also squealed with glee because I caught myself an epic otter mount that is cooler than any other mount. 😎

Oh, yes. Look at my mount. 😎😎😎

Anyway, epic otter mount of coolness aside, I am here to chat about my progress over the past couple of weeks.

My little group dives into Mythic+ dungeons every night after dinner has been eaten, people have been cleansed, children are in bed, et cetera, and we usually manage about four or five of the things before we finish up for the night.

In the above screenie, you can see the dungeons that we've done and what level difficulty we've done them on. The only reason we haven't done 9 or higher on Nokhud Offensive. Shadowmoon Burial Grounds, or Algeth'ar Academy is all due to Keystone RNG.

Even though we have 5 people in our group and we share all our keys to see which one shall we do, most of the time we end up with three Halls of Valor and two Court of Stars' and it's like, well then, which one shall we do for the tenth time now?

I'm at the stage at the moment where I'm contemplating jumping on throughout the day and looking for some rando's who happen to have the keys for the other dungeons so I can get my rating up.

I haven't found much gear yet that replaces the Throwaway Gear I farmed up a few weeks ago. I did get some nice gloves out my Vault last week though.

Last week the Weekly Quest rewarded Heroic Raid gear which was nice! My partner got a Best in Slot weapon for his Evoker, but nothing good for his Paladin which is his main. I got an alriiiiight trinket, but I'd have rathered something else.

This week's vault rewards was fantastic though! Headpiece with haste and mastery AND it's a set piece! 😁

So far what I need to replace is as follows:

• Shoulders. My current one's are crafted but are otherwise nicely statted. I need better ones from Mythic dungeons though.
• Chestpiece. It has Critical Strike and Versatility on it, so not for me. It's also an non-upgradeable world quest reward.
• Bracers. Good stats butttttt an non-upgradeable reputation reward, again.
• Belt. Primal storm reward that I can't upgrade further.
• Pants. Are nicely statted but my Best in Slot are some crafted legs with an equip effect.
• Two Handed Weapon. I use two of these, one of them is good and the other is not so good. (Crit/Versatility, agaaaaain)

Everything else is alright, I think. My rings could be a better ilvl, but the equip effect on them is too good to pass up.

I'm going to have to wait another week to get my new Pants crafted, since in order to craft them we need these little things called Sparks of Ingenuity and I've used up all the ones I've gotten so far, and at the moment we can only get these sparks every second week.

Everything else I need is going to have to be a fingers crossed and hope I manage to win at the Random Number Generator game. xD

All in all though, I feel as though we're getting some good progression for how little we're playing. There are people out there doing level 20 dungeons and we're only jusssttt doing 10's, but we're getting there at a nice pace that we're comfortable with. And having fun and good-times which is the most important thing!

At the moment my character's ilvl is 389. I'm hoping to get that to around at least 394 by the next time I write up a progress report.

Guess we'll see how I go! 😅
