My thoughts of this very special Christmas

this Christmas is very different for most people now than it has been so far! And it’s not just a pandemic that creates a feeling of insecurity and hopelessness. There are two sides to the crisis, one is the negative side known to all, and there is no need to explain this.
Unfortunately, the positive part is still seen by few, although it may be much more significant globally.

But I am pleased to see that more and more people are feeling the winds of change as the beginning of a new, more beautiful and better era. I find myself moving my feelings and thoughts to the positive side of the balance sheet. I don’t know how and what things are going to happen, I just know that everything will be okay, at the best time and in the best place. The Creator, God, or we may call the Universe, has wonderful things in store for us.

In the meantime, a lot of people leave earthly existence, many of them because they don’t understand why current events are happening and are unable or unwilling to change their obsessive thinking. Others pass away because they have completed their present life task.
It is important to know that physical death is just a transition to the other side, so it is very important to help them to leave the physical world easily.

You should turn to those people who are still here with us with sincere love. If you can’t love e.g. the grumpy neighbor, at least try not to hate him/her. Hate is poisonous, love nourishes. And practice this habit not only at Christmas, but throughout the year, every day, every hour and minute. Right?

Before Christmas, a lot of nervous people used to run across the cities, queuing at Black Friday in the malls, wanting to get goods that are just cheap then, but they may neither need them, nor anyone else. In many countries, the malls have been closed because of the epidemic, and I think that has been done well. Not because I am a notorious "epidemicist", but because neither humanity nor the Earth needs such consumption!

Even at home, housewives don’t have to deal with cooking from morning to night, no need to clean or decorate the apartment or house all the day. They cannot receive guests anyway! Christmas can be much more intimate now. After my father's death, only four of us have been celebrating Christmas. Our Christmas menu almost always includes fish soup, poppy seed bread & butter pudding, walnut or poppy seed roll and gingerbread. And, of course, some wine to drink.

Christmas tree is an important issue. We always have real, live pine or pine branches in a larger pot. The pines that are sold in the street are grown by farmers from Zala county. Pine cultivation is sustainable and we help their livelihoods with with our purchases. The plastic Christmas tree - although it can be used for several years - is tasteless, ugly, and increases the amount of microplastics.

The importance of online presence has increased this year. I know it’s not always lucky to use Zoom or Messenger, especially if we want to communicate with our loved ones, but if we can’t meet otherwise, it’s at least possible by the internet.
Our computers and smartphones will undoubtedly prove useful! And in some areas of work (such as MLM networking or certain office work), we can often be much more flexible with these tools.
However, time spent with a lot of widgets and gadgets can take revenge: I find myself sitting a lot more and moving less. And eating more chocolate as well! It’s raining outside and that’s why I don’t feel like running or hiking. Oh, those shit plus pounds!

Well, no problem! I knead the gingerbread dough while listening to Kevin Trudeau's lectures: "Your wish is your command!" I wish, I command, that every people on earth should have a peaceful, merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for 2021!
