Beautiful Sunday: sunset vibes clearing my fuzzy mind and river magic.

These days my mind seemed to be full of ideas, past memories and impressions including messages from other dimensions and invisible beings. Luckily I have never taken these floating thoughts seriously and I knew I could go to clear my mind by observing sunsets by the river. So, I would spend at least half an hour quietly by the river.

The energy or vibes and atmosphere around the river seemed to be different from day to day. The river also expressed different moods depending on what has been happening around the world. Messages travel fast in the air through water molecules floating around the globe. These invisible electrons vibrate and communicate what they picked up from places where they have traveled. So, it’s like magical telecommunications of all messages of happenings around the world.

The river becomes a receptacle of all messages or memories of all those stories along the waterway. So, sometimes I could pick up strange vibes from the river and feel various feelings floating in the air. Awareness of all the fine intricacies of changing vibes has become very important to stay balance and in reminding myself to let go of these transcendental occurrences. Mindfulness of the dynamic nature of thoughts or the mind has helped in keeping me sane and sensitive to my surroundings. This learning process used to be very difficult as I would get overwhelmed and confused by all the various emotions bombarding on my senses.

That’s why observing sunset has become very healing to me. The sunset reminds me of transience in all things and the unending cycle of birth and death. I have to remind myself not to waste time and energy trying to force changes on ‘things’ as they have their own karmic cycles to follow. The mind then could let go and be still to feel the beauty of the lovely sunset and receive the healing vibes from Mother Nature via the river.

This quiet moment has become like sacred meditation to me. It’s when cosmic energy could traverse through the body and the connection with limitless universe and stream of compassion could flow around my body. We are all connected to each other and the universe but we are too busy to realise or learn to attune the body and mind to that channel of resonance.

The struggles to find peace and happiness have led most people astray and alienated themselves f rom Mother Nature. I do hope more people would learn to be still and quiet so that they could open that door to another dimension of energetic connections among all sentient beings. Then, peace and compassion could spread around the world and the universe.
