Love the Clouds: big clouds in the countryside on a beautiful Sunday.

My train journey during daytime gave me the chance to enjoy sceneries of the countryside and the spacious sky with many big clouds. I have become addicted to traveling by trains during the day instead of taking the more comfortable night trains. Night trains would never gave me the sensation of being close to nature: the earth and the sky with infinite horizon and white clouds.

The open space without the concrete jungles and skyscrapers made my brain expanding in perception and appreciation of the synergy between the Mother Earth and the heavens above. The clouds were like messengers with parcels of information from around the world. These clouds retained the memories of people’s experiences of everyday life.

The messages could be of various moods and emotions depending on where these clouds have traveled. These could even take up the impressions of the passing whales and dolphins in the oceans. They were like flying drones that took snapshots along its flight.

Clouds have water molecules so they have the memories of their passage around the different parts of the world. But these hidden messages or memories couldn’t be deciphered by most people. This would require a person to be very sensitive to subtle vibes and open to all kinds of strange natural phenomena.

Sometimes I thought some naughty angels were playing cloud games: they were competing on crafting clouds to look like animals in old legends. So, I could let my imaginations go in all directions just to interpret the messages in those clouds. The moods of the sky would change as soon as white clouds suddenly disappeared and gray clouds started to invade the vacant horizon. These clouds shared their messages so that clouds in one part of the world could carry messages from clouds in the opposite locations. So, cheerful clouds would suddenly become sad as they got sad messages about some tragedy or natural disasters.

I sometimes would ask big clouds to forward my prayers and good wishes to those sentient beings around the world. When we needed rain in the countryside, I would ask clouds to gather together in the sky so that they could make rain for the thirsty trees and plants. It would be nice if some clouds would give me some winning numbers for lotteries so I could have some winning prizes one day. But the clouds told me to be mindful and continue my prayer to reign in my wild imagination.

Yup! Summer days in the countryside are much more beautiful than in Bangkok.
