Hello, my dear otaku friends, I hope you're all doing great. Continuing with my series of drawings created using the hybrid collage technique, I'm bringing the incredible characters of Hunter x Hunter to life. This time, it's the turn of my absolute favorite character from this entire anime: Kurapika. He's always fascinated me because he's a boy with a sweet appearance but an incredibly mysterious aura. Furthermore, his strength is impressive thanks to the power of his scarlet eyes and that imposing chain he carries in his right hand. I love working with this technique because I usually have the freedom to modify details of the original design. However, this time I was so pleased with the process that I decided to keep the result almost identical to the reference image.

Later, I'll try to recreate this same design using graphite pencil on paper to explore different textures. In the meantime, I'm continuing to experiment digitally with the tools offered by Paint 3D. What do you think of the final result? Who is your favorite character from this anime?

Hola, mis queridos amigos otakus, espero que se encuentren superbién. Siguiendo con mi serie de dibujos elaborados con la técnica híbrida de collage, continúo dándole vida a los increíbles personajes de Hunter x Hunter. En esta oportunidad, le tocó el turno a mi gran favorito de todo este anime: Kurapika. Siempre me ha fascinado por ser un chico de apariencia dulce, pero con un aura sumamente misteriosa. Además, su fuerza es impresionante gracias al poder de sus ojos escarlata y a esa imponente cadena que lleva en su mano derecha.Trabajar con esta técnica me encanta porque usualmente me doy la libertad de modificar detalles del diseño original. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión quedé tan conforme con el proceso que decidí mantener el resultado casi idéntico a la imagen de referencia.

Más adelante procuraré recrear este mismo diseño utilizando lápiz de grafito sobre papel para explorar texturas diferentes. Mientras tanto, sigo experimentando en el entorno digital con las herramientas que me ofrece el programa Paint 3D. ¿Qué les parece el resultado final? ¿Quién es su personaje favorito de este anime?
